Admirals Roost har Ätta sovrum, 4 fulla badrum och 2 halva bad och rymmer upp till 24 personer. Detta hem i North Myrtle Beach erbjuder trÄdlöst internet, kabel-TV och smarta tv-apparater sÄ att du kan njuta av Netflix, Hulu eller Amazon Prime.

Admiral's Roost Àr ett höjt strandhus belÀget i den önskvÀrda halvmÄnstranden i North Myrtle Beach. Huset har nyligen renoverats med en total yttre renovering. Alla toaletter var helt ombyggda, nya brickor, badkar, duschar, fixturer, fÄfÀngar etc.

Great stay (Parking....meh)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodation was super nice and very comfortable. The pool and spa were great and access to the beach was very close. The owners were very kind and responsive to any messages and tried to resolve situations quickly. The home sleeps I believe 24 and we had 21 people with us. It was a total of 5 vehicles to transport everyone which made for a bit of an inconvenience when needing to leave because someone was always having to move vehicles around to get to the one driving. I don’t know that there’s anything the property owner could do in regards to that situation but the house next to us had a larger parking area where people parked to the side of the driveway. It didn’t ruin the stay or cause any negative feelings towards the owners but just leaving it here so others know what to expect with parking if traveling multi vehicle.

Great Location Beach House

Great location, great pool, roomy, lots of bathrooms. Would had liked more electrical outlets and vents in the bathrooms and kitchen. Floor to ceiling paneling made the house too dark. Must be willing to climb stairs since the kitchen is on the top floor.

Great relaxing week at the beach!

The deck space and outdoor furniture was really nice. The pool was bigger than we expected and the beach was less crowded on the 4th of July than we thought. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed exploring the area. The size of the bathrooms didn't bother me but I would have loved an enclosed outdoor shower. We had a fantastic time!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the house and the location. Our biggest problem was the pool and hot tub. After many text to management, we only got to use the pool about half the week.The pool and hot tub was dirty and full of sand.They were unable to get it cleaned on Sat. or Sun. Mon. they worked onit and again on Tues.We continued having problems through the week. The hot tub wasn't working when we left.The children were very upset since this is the main reason we rented this house.The Fooseball table and air hockey table had handles, pockets, and the puck were all missing, so they were unable to utilize them either.They said they would replace but no parts came during our stay.When we arrived we took our shoes off at the door. After walking through the front room, our socks were black.There was feces on the bottom,front of the toliet. They also said before we arrived, that there was anew gasgrill. The grill was so dirty it caught fire and the controls didn't work. They did bring the new gas grill before we left.For the money we paid for the rental, I feel we should have been reimbursed for our inconvenience. They said the people prior to us had trashed the place.When you pay for apool and are not able to use it, it is unacceptable.

We were very happy with the house and location. The rental office was great. Very friendly and helpful. They provided almost everything we needed. The only thing I would add to the home is an outside eating area. Maybe a picnic table, pool level, under the deck. A total of 14 of us and we never ran out of space. Highly recommend!

Great pool and hot tub

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We has a few hiccups that were addressed relatively quickly. The house had some spots that needed cleaning and we did find several bugs throughout the week. The outdoor areas were excellent. The beach area was large and not crowded

We had a great time at the beach. Pool and hot tub were big hit for everyone. House is dated. Rooms are small. Lots of stairs so not good for elderly with mobility issues.

Pool not working

The pool was not cleaned nor serviced prior to our arrival on Saturday, and the issue was not rectified until late in the day on Monday, thus our four families, all with kids, were without the use of the pool for nearly 3 days out of our week rental. While the management company did respond, it took entirely took long to rectify the situation.

Less Than Admiral

The "Admirals Roost" was less than what we expected. The view, location, amount of bedrooms, space, and parking was perfect for our big family. However, we encountered many challenges during our stay. First, basic things like light bulbs and kitchen items were missing. There was only one measuring cup, not enough forks for the 20+ occupants the house advertises for and flimsy cooking utensils. The house was not well cleaned, with trash under beds and couches, dust balls, toothpaste splattered on walls, etc. The pool was filthy upon arrival. I called 3 times and finally went down to the office. Someone came mid-week to clean it and within 24 hours the pump woke us up sounding horrible. I called at 7:58 am and after no one returned my call, I called again at 4:00. They said that they did not get a message regarding the issue. There was no sense of urgency from the management company and communication was clearly a problem. We made the best of the situation and had a wonderful family vacation.

Location excellent, but does not have all it lists it has

HI, We stayed at this property for Thanksgiving 2021 and were disappointed upon arrival to find that this property does NOT have 2 ovens and two kitchens as advertised. The 2nd "kitchen" is a small room with a 2nd refrigerator and a microwave that we were worried about using (frayed cord); no sink, counter, or oven. It's basically a small room to hold the frig and microwave. Since we were there for Thanksgiving and fixing a meal for 28 people, we were not happy to learn that the place did not have a 2nd oven. The location, pool, and jacuzzi were wonderful! The bedrooms were small and bathrooms even smaller, but all that was advertised. We thought that there were 2 sleeper sofas, but that is not true either. The acoustics in the house was awful. If you sleep downstairs, when people are walking around upstairs it sounds like they are stomping around. We will be looking for another place for next year's Thanksgiving Celebration.
