Summertime adventures include picturesque hikes, mountain biking, fly fishing, and water sports at Pineview Reservoir. The peaceful community offers pickleball, an outdoor play area, and fireplace. In the private back yard, you'll find a gas barbecue grill, a gas fire pit with a patio set, and a picnic table for your enjoyment. The home is tastefully furnished and thoroughly stocked with thought given to the smallest details, so you can rest and relax!

This detached home stands out from the other short term rentals in the area because it is detached. It's one of the few with a private fenced back yard and the amenities found there, and no walls are shared with neighbors. On the main floor are two separate master suites, each with a walk-in closet and shower. The main floor also includes a mudroom, laundry room, half bath, living room and kitchen. Off the back of the kitchen is a sliding door to the quiet back yard. Upstairs is a loft and game area with a smart TV, another bedroom and full bathroom.

Please note: there will be roadwork in the neighborhood on two days: July 9 and July 14. During this time, there will be no vehicle access to the property 7am - 5pm. Cars can be parked on a road about three blocks away and the property accessed by walking. The road where all the vehicles will be parked is N 5000 W. We apologize for any inconvenience this brings!
