Great Location and Wonderful Host

Everything was perfect for our stay. Except the hot tub didn’t work and there was some screen missing. So it got a little buggy. Overall a very nice place.

Mark was an awesome host. The house was great. Only downside was the weather. It was freezing and the pool heater was being repaired.

Needs new furniture

Overall the stay was okay but could definetely use some updates. The master suites mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The vent in the masters bathroom was not working and the hot water was too hot. The living room couch was also extremely uncomfortable and the hot tub in the pool did not heat up. No cleaning supplies and there were ants! The layout for this house is good, having two ensuites is a plus and you cant beat the location.

A wonderful stay

We recently traveled to the area for a short family vacation and stayed at this property. Check-in/out was a breeze, Mark was always available if we had a question, the location was perfect for spending the day at the Disney parks, and the property was very comfortable and clean. The kids loved the pool and everyone had a great stay. We will definitely stay again the next time we find ourselves in the area!

Has just enough of what we needed. Pool, space, and location. Peace of mind and privacy. Didnt need too much giving we wasnt going to stay in the house all day. We was out and about almost everyday. Pool was great also

Perfect getaway house

The house is located in a quiet community, but convenient to everything. The layout of the house is genius, very spacious. My guests and I enjoyed ourselves and look forward to a return stay.

Better than the listing!

This house was great! Better than the pictures on VRBO. The kiddo loved the pool and the wilderness behind the house made it feel secluded even though it's just minutes from EVERYTHING! Thanks for a great stay!

Anniversary Trip

We stayed here 4 night and i must say it was very nice. It was much bigger than we thought so we didnt use most of the house but the pool, big shower was definitely a plus. Would definitely stay again when coming to Florida. Also was 15 mins from Disney. Everything was extremely convient

Nice neighborhood, quiet. Pool in the back is semi private. Can see and hear neighbors on both sides. 6 beds, 3 full bathrooms, lots of space.

The house was set up with all that we needed. The house had a “this is home” feel. All the information that we needed was on hand. The furniture was comfortable. Can not wait to stay here again.

Great House for a Week With Family

This house was a great place to rent for for our family. We loved the pool. It was easy to rent a barbecue and we enjoyed cooking some meals. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The owner was easy to work with. The house was very clean and in a convenient location to go to Disney and Universal. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice location. It was a little dated on the inside. Wish the pool lights would have worked, we would haved like to sit by the pool and swim later, but got dark. Also, dirty clothes left in dresser drawers.

Peaceful and relaxing

We enjoyed the house and found it to be calming after the business of the parks. The pictures do not do the house justice. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook. Safe neighborhood that was quiet but 10 minutes from Walmart and restaurants. 15 minutes to Disney. Other posts mention the pool being dirty, it wasn’t at all. The person who cleaned did a great job, you could still see the lines from the vacuum. Good communication as well. We will be back.

Trade show weekend

House was adequate for our stat. Pool and lanai area was very dirty. Landscaping was dead and shriveled. TV’s didn’t work as expected. The house was great as far as set up, but the furniture and master bed was extremely uncomfortable. Would maybe stay here again in a pinch, but would look for other options
