Clean, economical, and comfortable!

Just needed an affordable quick stay for a trip, and this place was exactly perfect, comfy beds, fully functional kitchen, pristine pool and absolutely sparkling clean

Very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. Well equipped but does need a coffee maker. ( had one but glass had a crack)

Central and Easy Access to Area

Clean, well kept, and in general good order. I appreciate that there was not a long list of chores before you check out. I would like to see a dead bolt on the front door, instead of the the second door knob. Although it does lock a deadbolt is far more secure. Overall a good stay.

Close to airport

We rented this location based off the pool and Location close to the airport when we arrived we had an awesome stay to only thing that turns us off was the pool wasnt heated so we count use it during our stay, the neighborhood is a lil rough looking, and the beds was too soft like they needed to be replaced the king size had an sink hole in middle. But still enjoyed

Great home, bad location

The property was nice and clean. Checking in and out process was so easy. The only complaint was the noise! It was hard to sleep or enjoy the pool with all the traffic. Property was well worth the price, just wish the location was better.

Nice House but Loud Neighborhood

Was a fine house, could update their stovetop (wouldn't heat up well), but surrounding neighborhood was loud unfortunately.

Buenaventura stay

We enjoyed the stay very much. One thing that was my fault for not noticing when booking, the pool doesn't have a railing into it. We had 2 60 year olds and a 70 year old. Was a little difficult getting in and out. Was somewhat noisy outside being backed up to the parkway.

Family Vacation

Overall was nice but the master bedroom bed Defiently messed up our backs due to it being sunken in. If you like the ac on low it can’t go below 72. The pool was great just didn’t have any lights for the night time to be with the kids. It was a great home perfect place and has everything close as well.

Very nice home

We spent 3 nights over the weekend while attending a convention at the 10 minute away Silver Spurs arena. The home was lovely, well stocked, clean, and very nicely decorated. We were very comfortable there for our stay. The pool was great and the backyard was pretty, neat and well-kept. The ONLY issue we had was with the street noise since the backyard borders on Osceola Pkwy. However, I brought my white noise maker and we had no issues sleeping in the comfortable king bed in the master. A great value for the nightly rate and we would stay there again.

Could be better

Disappointed. Ceiling fan hanging off on one side, wanted us to collect trash and bring it out but did not leave any bags,toilet paper was almost done empty and had no extra toilet paper. Last lawn service came and was outside and next to the pool for hours and our son was not comfortable with swimming with strangers around. House was very out dated.

Relaxing, clean. Good location!

Lots of stores nearby but not on top of you. Pool great! Kitchen well supplied, beautiful. Beds good.. New furniture in LR. We were gone most of the time to a convention so didn’t watch tv. We are over 70 years old so we slept a lot. Mark was perfect. He didn’t bug us and we didn’t bug him but he was responsive to question. Would definitely return.

Never Felt More At Home...

My wife and I stayed here for a week. We loved the home, and all the extras that were provided. It felt like walking into a 5-star all inclusive resort. I've never felt more at home. It was by far the best sleep I've had in a long time. The master bedroom's king bed was extra comfortable, and all the linen was folded extra special. They had plenty of silverware, dishes, pots and pans. When didn't need to run out shopping for items the minute we got there. Everything was stocked! The only negative was we contacted the property manager 2-days in that the dishwasher wasn't working. He said they would have someone out the following day. Three days later and still no one showed up. So we hand washed all the dishes upon leaving. Not a big deal to us, but communication was lacking. The refrigerator was also not dispensing water or ice. We assumed this was an ongoing issues as ice cube trays were left in the refrigerator. All in all, I wouldn't pass up another stay at this house. It was an AMAZING location! I totally recommend it!

This was an efficiency rental it came with nothing but 2half of rolls of toilet paper for 2bathroom.

This experience was not a good one I have rented homes plenty of times and each time the renter would leave something for me to be able to use if I did not have like cleaning products.. the washer and dryer did not work I tried to do a wash cycle with just water to clean the machine because it had dirty stinking rags in it that someone left in there, the washer kept running over and over again it would never finish the cycle it did not put water in the machine it did not work. I had no cleaning products to clean the counters to wipe up any spills it was like he expected me to furnish his home all the money I spent I should have had cleaning products at least there was no toilet paper extra roll or nothing, I had to go purchase my own he told me to go to the CVS down the road to get some ant spray to clean up his ants that was all over the window ledges all over the floor by the window the kitchen table the counters the stove all in front of the refrigerator all near the microwave there was overrun with ants now we're going to talk about the dining room answer on the table only reason I know this is I had some fried Oreos on the table I went into the bedroom by the time I came back the ants was all over my fried Oreos.. Now we are now going to speak on the fact there was no wash rags in the closet I had to use a hand towel to wash with when I stayed there the first night. In the main bedroom bathroom the plugs did not work in either of the bathrooms I could not use no electronic products in the bathrooms in the main bathroom there was no hot water he was told about the sockets and he was told about the hot water he told me about some kind of red button I supposed to push and everything supposed to turn back on and never happened there was No Red button I took pictures have pictures of everything I can back up all my claims.. Doing my stay I took a family trip out and when we returned there was people parked into the driveway from the neighbors next door they were having a party. When I spoke to him the property liaison Mark was very rude I do not understand why he gave me attitude and I do not understand why he made his property rental like an efficiency but I will never rent for him again... When you can't even afford to give a person a full roller toilet paper and a real bar soap instead of these little tiny squares that is hard soap that's not good for your skin that's hotel soap.. No cleaning supplies to Sum it up this was a Bad Experience ..

Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand. Sehr liebevoll dekoriert und der Pool war auch top. Einzig die Matratzen im Masterroom waren schon recht durchgelegen. Ansonsten war es sehr schön hier und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt.
