Can you see yourself relaxing in a condo just steps away from the beach! Located in Corpus Christi, this adorable condo is a dream. With 1 bedroom featuring a king bed, crib, and twin bed, and a blowup queen bed. Guests will find comfort and convenience. The bathroom offers a hair dryer and shower to die for! Giving you a soothing experience. Amazing water pressure, with color changing water. Big walk-in. In addition, there is a cozy living room with flat screen tv and extremely comfortable couch and love seat. An extra twin bed for added flexibility as well as a queen blow up . A terrific choice for a getaway, this property is a great place to call homebase while you're away. We hope you enjoy your stay. We are on the bottom floor, saving you the hassle of toting all your stuff up 3 flights of STAIRS. With assigned parking,so you always have a reserved space. No smoking condo. Pets are welcome if I am made aware and deposit paid. Weight limit is 30 lbs, unless approved. You can walk to water in less than 5 min. Pets allowed on beach if leashed. Alot of great places to eat. Lots of entertainment on the island and nearby towns. I stock the condo with just about everything you need, so you don't have to worry about what to bring..... YOURSELF. If any questions,
please please do ask!! I'll keep you posted on extra events going on during your stay, along with helpful hints to make our stay even more pleasant.
Shopping near by as well, as well as doc offices, hair dressers, everything you need all within 3 miles. National sea shore is also down the road, amazing beach. I will have 2 lawn chairs, rake, cooler for your use. Rake may come in very handy to clean your area free of seaweed, trash that washes up. Will also provide beach towels apart from the towels that stay in condo. Will have shampoo, conditioner, lotion provided as well. The condo was beautifully decorated, its was supplied with everything Any vacationer could possibly need! The bed was so comfortable!! I didn’t want to leave! It felt like home!

Amazing Beach Condo

We had fabulous stay, the condo was exactly what my spouse and I needed for our weekend trip. Terrie was a gracious host and she provided all necessary amenities with a few extras. We hope we are able to stay at her place again in the near future.

Nice cozy place

The condo was nice and cozy and has everything you need. The shower was fabulous with great water pressure. Loved the shower head! Terrie was terrific! Thank you!

Relaxing by the ocean

Property was very good, condo was excellent and they all were friendly to our dog. My new hat got lost and the manager kept it in their offoce till we checked to find it.

Perfect little condo

We had an amazing stay at this charming condo! The location is ideal—just a couple of minutes' walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and a small grocery store. The condo itself is cozy and perfect for a couples' retreat or small family. Check-in was a breeze, and the owner, Terrie, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She even surprised us with a thoughtful welcome gift!We especially loved how close we were to the beach and had a fantastic time dining at our new favorite spot, Captain's Diner, just minutes away.We can't wait to return! Highly recommend this lovely place!
