There is a Ring Camera at the front door of the right side of the duplex. No camera at the actual unit being rented. The camera is active and is pointed towards the front porch.

There is space for 2 cars to park in front of the unit. Street parking is free and you can park anywhere on the street. Please do not block any driveways!
