At Red Hilltop Getaway, outdoor relaxation and fun are at the heart of the experience. Step onto the back patio, where stunning views of the surrounding forest await, and unwind in Adirondack chairs or on the comfortable benches around the cozy fire pit. Roast marshmallows, share stories, and soak in the beauty of Idaho’s crystal-clear night skies. Explore the lower property, where a hammock, wooden tree swing, and picnic table by the creek invite moments of peaceful reflection or playful picnics with family and friends. Meander along the walking trails, listening to the soothing sounds of the seasonal creek, or challenge your group to a game of darts on the covered patio, softly lit with string lights to set a warm and welcoming mood.

In the master bathroom, a luxurious soaking tub awaits, complete with candles and bath salts to create a private spa-like retreat.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, from bakeware to pots, pans, and utensils. Start your day with a fresh brew from the coffee bar, which features a K-cup duo machine and provided k-cups, coffee grounds, half-and-half, sugar, hot cocoa, and an assortment of teas. Whether you’re whipping up a feast or enjoying a quiet morning with a warm cup in hand, the kitchen is designed to make your stay as comfortable and effortless as possible.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.

For larger groups or families, two twin air mattresses with bedding provide flexible sleeping arrangements, ensuring that everyone has a comfortable place to sleep. We also offer a pack and play for our youngest guests, making this home perfect for families traveling with little ones.

Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay, including all living areas, bedrooms, and outdoor spaces. For your convenience and security, our home is equipped with a keyless entry system. You will receive a unique door code 15 minutes before your scheduled check-in time, allowing you to enter the property at your leisure. This code will provide easy, hassle-free access throughout your stay.

Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Tubbs Hill, known for its scenic hiking trails and panoramic views of Lake Coeur d'Alene.

Red Hilltop Getaway offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. The home is located just 15 minutes from downtown Coeur d'Alene. While the property feels wonderfully private, its proximity to major roads makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. We recommend 4-wheel drive in winter months to access the home.

GUEST CHECK-IN FORM:
You will receive a guest check-in form immediately upon booking. Please review and fill it out within 48 hours to fully confirm your booking. We kindly appreciate it!

QUIET HOURS:
Thank you for observing our quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors.

Additional Guests and Visitors:
For the comfort, safety, and security of all our guest's, only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unregistered visitors or additional guests are not allowed without prior approval from management. If you would like to request approval for visitors, please contact us in advance. An additional fee may apply for any approved visitors or extra guests. Unauthorized visitors or guests may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund, in accordance with our house rules.

PLEASE NOTE: EV charging is not allowed at our homes without prior approval. If you need to charge your electric vehicle, please contact us in advance to discuss the options. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Year-round access: The home is accessible year-round, but 4-wheel drive is required in the winter months.

Your first bundle of wood is provided for the inside fireplace and outdoor fire pit! There is additional wood for purchase on the property for your convivence! PLEASE NOTE: During summer months our indoor fireplace is not available for use!
