We have been coming to the Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan area for 8 years now and this was our FAVORITE house! It was absolutely beautiful, fully stocked with not only pots and pans, but other kitchen essentials too. We were there at the tail end of Hurricane Isaias, and she and her husband (the hosts) were watching the weather and kept us updated regularly. The walkway was perfect for kids/older adults, it’s pet friendly, has an ice machine in the house, and was spacious for all of our family. They have beach toys, beach chairs, inflatables for the beach, and additional beach towels. This is the only house that we have stayed in that we plan on rebooking for next year. We are so thankful and appreciative for our memories here this year! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Perfect location and setup for our family. The boardwalk made getting to the beach easy. The ramp on the side of the house was an added bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed! Would definitely book again.

This property exceeded our expectations! Communication with the property manager was seamless. Janie was super helpful!The beachfront location, amenities, and ample space for our family was unforgettable. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Five stars all around. We had a great stay. One of the most well stocked homes we’ve ever stayed in and the check-in process, access to the beach, and overall quality of the home were great. Will definitely return here if/when the opportunity presents itself.

Family trip

We loved this house and the hospitality of the owners/managers! The only wish would be for there to be some type of baby/pet gate that would close off the stairs, ramp off of the porch. Thanks for a great place to visit!!

🎇 Nine of us stayed here for a week. FANTASTIC place! The elevated beach boardwalk with the sitting area and warm water shower/washdown was icing on the cake! Will definitely book again! ❤️

Amazing!!!!

First time on Ft Morgan and we have found our new spot! The beach is amazing and the house had everything we could ask for. The bunk room was perfect for the kids. The deck is so big and plenty of chairs. Having access to all the beach toys was great too!

The absolute best

This was our first time at Susan's Sand Castle. It will not be our last. Location and beach was better than the Florida beaches. I don't want to say too much as I don't want this place to book up before I get my reservations in for next year.

The best again!

Susan's Sand Castles are the best properties in Ft Morgan. Janie the property manager is VERY responsive even after hours. The upstairs AC unit went out and she had a repairman there within an hour!

Unbelievable!!

This property is one of the best places we have stayed in for our annual family beach trip. The home is beautiful. Well supplied and furnished. Communication with Dana was informative and most helpful. She even out in a good word for us for great weather! Keeping this one in our file for another trip!

Beautiful home and wonderful beach access and set up of our family of 12!

This is a beautiful home for our family of 12 this past week. The home was clean and very well equipped for our needs. The boardwalk to the beach was wonderful and convenient to come and go as we please. The beach canopy set up was greatly appreciated as well and we used it everyday! Our kids had a blast at the big pool and playing in the sand everyday. Thank you Susan and Jerry for a very relaxing and memorable stay! We greatly appreciate it!

Amazing Beach Home for Multi-Generational Family

This beautiful home was the perfect place for our family to vacation. My 80+ year old parents were able to access the home and beach without using the stairs. Their master suite was located on the main level. The shaded canopy was just steps away from the ramp to the beach. The children (one as young as 18 months) had plenty of beach toys to play with. The home was a wonderful place to make memories.

Family vacation

Susan's Sand Castle is the ultimate beach house vacation. The home is beautiful with all the amenities and then some! Everything you could possibly want in a beach house (including two master bedrooms with jacuzzi tubs!). The deck offers wonderful views of the sunrise and sunset over the gulf and is a perfect place to sun, read, or gather. The kitchen is large and very well stocked with anything you could possibly want or need. Perfect place for a family vacation. I can't say enough wonderful things about this awesome house - we will be regulars from now on!
