THE PROPERTY: A private gate provides entry to this single-story home and your very own carport. From here you will walk into the beautiful open-concept family room and kitchen. Adorned in white cabinets, quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances and a farmhouse sink, this kitchen provides plenty of space to prepare meals. Entertain guests around the kitchen island or share conversation in the adjacent seating area. Unwind on the large sectional sofa and watch your favorite TV show. Nearby is a laundry room with full size washer/dryer, storage, and counter space. The sizeable primary king bedroom is filled with natural light.
