Om boendet

Gäster kommer tillbaka till vår lägenhet år efter år! Det är beachcomber planlösning som är den största planen för två-rums condos på Splash. Vi har precis avslutat en stor renovering som gör vår lägenhet ännu mer önskvärt. Vi tog ut mattan i sovrummet och bytte ut det med vacker kakel som ser ut som lövträ. Vi tog den gamla kakel ut ur masterbadet och använde samma nya kakel som är i sovrummet, det är underbart! Vi lägger också in alla nya rostfria vitvaror och nya skåp i vårt kök. Vi lade till en ny överdimensionell stol i vardagsrummet och lade till två smarta TV-apparater som nu hänger på väggarna i båda sovrummen.

VRBO ändrar kursschema och fel i systemet tillåter gäster att kolla på andra dagar än lördag. Jag bokar endast lördag till lördag med ett 7-nätters minimum från mars till oktober

Priset inkluderar skatter och städning. Gäst betalar $ 20 avgift (totalt) för parkering och pool passerar direkt till utväg.

Det finns en extra serviceavgift debiterad av vrbo för online bokning baserat på priset för den speciella veckan du hyr.

Great Condo & Great Owner

The condo was well kept, the beach views were gorgeous, and the owner did a fantastic job communicating with us and giving us everything we needed before we arrived for a smooth check in. A GREAT stay!

Family vacation!

Everything about this stay was absolutely phenomenal! From the booking to the check-in and everything that came after was super easy and just as described. It was our first family vacation as a whole and it could not have gone any better! The location was perfect and The view was absolutely stunning!! We will definitely be returning in the future as well as referring our loved ones!!

Communication and property beautiful

Fast response from owner on all questions. Property was as shown. It is a family resort and great for little ones. The only negatives were pool closes at 10, Tiki bar stops selling food at 7 and the elevators are super busy and slow. We had a great time.

A Great Week

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was great for two families with kids. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning and evening. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. Jennifer was an amazing host and answering any questions we had prior to our trip. We would stay here again and are looking forward to coming back in the future! Arrival and check in was a little crazy with everyone checking in at the same time and trying to get their luggage to their rooms, but that is something out of the host control. Next time, we will plan a little differently. We will check in and head straight to the pools with the kids for a bit and wait for the rush to settle before we try to bring up our luggage.

Paradise

We had a fantastic time at Splash! What more could you ask for? A beach front condo with a balcony facing the ocean, beach front swimming pool, a lazy river, a splash zone for kids.... and an excellent souvenir shop across the street! A+++

This place was amazing

I absolutely Loved the unit we stayed in!! The view was breathtaking and the cleanliness was perfect! We had everything we needed and the check in process was great! Jennifer was outstanding when needed to get ahold of and making sure everything was in order for our arrival! I would Highly recommended this place!

Highly recommended place to stay

We had very good time in this property. Sunset view from the balcony was awesome. We also witnessed dolphins in the deep sea from our balcony. House is very spacious and well organized. Our kids enjoyed sleeping in the bunk bed. Definitely we will revisit and stay in the same unit for future trips. Host Jennifer was super helpful.

Baseball Trip

We were down for a baseball Tournament, and after long days at the field it was the perfect relaxation spot. The condo was huge. The couch and chair were so comfortable. The views from the balcony were amazing and we even slept with the balcony open so we could here the waves at night. 5 out of 5 stars for sure.

Family Memories

The unit was perfect for my son and daughter, their spouses and 3 grandchildren. The bunk area was adorable and the kids loved it. Jennifer was great from giving me recommendations on a quiet, local grocery store to running home to update my door security code when I couldn’t locate it at check in.

Great place for a family

This place was great and provided a good experience for our family. The pools were cold which meant our kids didn’t want to use the waterpark. The view from the balcony was amazing and we ate lunch there most days.

Must Stay Here!!

If you have kids, this is the best place for them. It was very quiet and peaceful. The condo was very clean and super nice. I will stay again. Kids loved the waterpark. The arcade could use an update. Most of their games were out of order. We were on the 14th floor which was awesome. We had great views.

Paradise!!!

Ideally situated directly on the beach. My FB post of the ocean and the sunset from the balcony got the most views on my FB of anything I've posted this year! This is a very large unit, full kitchen, two full baths, very centrally situated near restaurants and shopping. Owner of property has beautiful beach chairs that can be reserved (simple process) at NO COST to the renter. Jennifer gives great directions, everything is easy to understand. Parking is really easy. Would definitely rent from again! Five stars!!! It was just me and my wife, but this would definitely be perfect for a family. Direct access to the beach (no road in between), TV super easy to operate, white sandy beach - you can walk for miles in either direction, which we did. Pristine emerald water that this area is famous for. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Great property for families

This is a great property for families. There is a kids area as well as pools and of course, that beach! This property is close to Pier Park and lots of restaurants are nearby. The property manager is very easy to work with and overall a great place to stay! Would stay again!

Great Vacation!!

We stayed at this property for a week with family including 4 adults, a teenager and 4 kids ages 5, 5, 4 and 3. We were very happy with the amenities the resort offered and also the location. The condo was as advertised and very clean!! Jennifer was awesome communicating with us the whole trip and even gave us a great list of “must do” while in town, along with great dinner locations. I hope to come back in the future!!

We live south of Nashville with our young children. We met in college in Georgia and have been going to Florida forever. We love Panama City Beach and think it has the most beautiful beach in the world.

We put in two full size beds for the bunks taking sleeping accommodations in the bunk area from 2 to 4. Also, both master and guest bedrooms have king size beds and we have a sleeper sofa in the family room. We can accommodate 8 comfortably.
