Privat och rymligt, Parkside 102 är din i staden flyktbilen. Precis utanför Main Street i historiska Telluride har Parkside # 102 bra tillgång till alla de festligheter som Town har att erbjuda. Town Park ligger ett halvt kvarter bort (tänk sommarfestivaler), skyttelbuss (gallopinggås!) Stannar precis vid hörnet, och vandrings- / cykellederna omger dig! Alla shopping, teatrar och restauranger ligger en promenad bort. Vardagsrummet, tillsammans med kök och matsal, har alla uppvärmda trägolv. Det finns en mysig stengas spis för att värma tår på kalla vinternätter. Den stora plattskärms-TV i vardagsrummet och 40 tums smart TV i andra sovrummet är tillgängliga för dig i hemunderhållning.

Av matsalen och genom två jätte glasdörrar är en utomhus täckt uteplats för att titta på Telluride scenen gå förbi. Köket har kvarts bänkskivor med vackra apparater och är fullt utrustat för gourmetkocken i publiken. Master Suite har en king size-säng med ångdusch. Det finns en balkong med utsikt över Ajax, La Junta och Ballard Peaks. Gästrummet har en bekväm queen size-säng. Och soffan i vardagsrummet är en drottning bäddsoffa. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare är vid köket.

Den lilla lägenhetskomplexet har en bubbelpool och ett stort däck för gäster och invånarnas användning högst upp i byggnaden med vacker utsikt överallt! Bra sätt att koppla av i slutet av din dag!

Great Family Getaway

Great location in town and is right next to the park for easy access to the Blues and Brews festival. The condo was well-equipped and comfortable. Master had a steam feature in the shower that was enjoyed, as was the hot tub on the roof! Look forward to returning to this location!

Excellent stay

We absolutely loved this home . No detail Left undone for our comfort. Spotless clean and roomy. The beautiful kitchen is stocked with everything a novice or gourmet cook would need. Both bedrooms are so tasteful decorated and bedrooms have comfortable mattresses . There is plenty of space for my group of three adults . The view from condo can’t be beat and for staying close to festival was only a walk across the street . The Galloping Goose stops right in front of condo . We parked the car and walked easily to everything. You can’t go wrong with these accommodations. I would love to stay here again .

Broken window - held together with blue tape Hot water valve broken and reported but not fixed No soap or shampoo in bathroom which is fine but guests should know in advance. Our friends did not have hot water in bathroom sink! I reported it but nothing done!! Hot water would of run for four days

Terrific property near Town Park

The property was clean and spacious, very well located just at the east end of the downtown area. The kitchen was unusually well-equipped (the knives were even sharp!). It was quiet at night even with the bedroom windows open. There was a minor issue with one of the TVs which wasn't resolved during our short stay but the owner and property manager were both on the case. I'd happily stay there again.

Downtown Gem

Our family and 2 dogs couldn't have stayed at a better location. This property is across the street from the park, and river path, ideal for multiple walks and dog play during our stay! It was only a short walk to the gondola for our ski adventures. The house has 2 separate bedrooms with on-suite baths and a daybed with rollaway in an upstairs nook. It comfortably accommodated our entire family. The main floor living area is spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. The cherry on top would have been if the hot tub was working during our stay....but not the listers fault as it is shared by all the tenants in the building.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful holiday here! The unit is much bigger and nicer than the pictures lead on. It’s very lovely and the kitchen is wonderful! The steam shower is just what is needed after a day on the slopes. We would most definitely stay here again!

Great location and good amenities

This location is perfect if you have a dog because the City Park is right across the street and the host provides pet amenities (towels and kennel). The place had nice amenities and was very clean. The upstairs master bedroom was very warm at night though; even with no heat on and with 40 degree nights, we had to open the window fully and turn on the fan for it to be cool enough to sleep comfortably. I definitely recommend this place for those traveling with pets!

Best in Telluride

Have been going to telluride for the last 15 years and this was our favorite place to stay hands down. The location was amazing and the condo was high end, very well decorated, the beds were so comfy, and the owners supplied absolutely everything. It was immaculate and very comfortable for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. It was at the quiet end of Main Street across the street from the park. It could not have been more perfect. I will always stay on this side of town now. We walked everywhere however the bus stop is literally right out your door. It was a pleasure to have the park and walking trails and hikes also at your front door. There was an incredible roof top private hot tub only for the the units in the building but we never shared it with anyone. I cannot say enough about this unit. We were so sad to leave. I would always choose this as our number one choice, there just isn’t any place that could be better. The owners were always very quick to respond from booking to leaving. It made the whole experience that much better, super smooth. I can’t rave enough about it. It was Perfect!!!!!!!

Great communication

Condo owner provided clear instructions, responded quickly to questions, helped with anything needed and allowed us to check in an hour early. Condo and hot tub were great too.

Great location, awesome views

The location was perfect, right on the path of the shuttle that picks you up on the corner. It’s also walkable to gondola. The rooftop (shared) hot tub has an awesome view of the mountain. Place is clean and priced right. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay!!!

Location was awesome...especially with pets...right across the street from the park. Short walk to everything on Colorado Street. Very clean & updated!! We loved it and had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend!!!
