This lovely, cozy home boasts 3 inviting bedrooms, including a private Primary Suite with King bed & spacious private bath, a second king suite & queen bedroom suite which are down a private hallway & share a full bath. You will find 2 spacious living areas each with a gas log fireplace, lovely large dining area & updated kitchen with center island snack/prep counter perfect for gathering your family & friends. The primary suite is off the back living area & boasts a huge private bath with jetted tub & separate showers with his/hers sinks & closets - luggage racks in each bedroom plus hangers in closets. The two spacious guest suites are located down a private hallway off the front living room and host cozy spaces, luxury bedding & large closets. Also conveniently located near the laundry room, the guests share a large full bath stocked with hair dryer, soaps, shampoo/conditioners, & plenty of fresh towels. The front living area hosts a piano, large screen smart TV, gas fireplace, reading nook & game table. The fully stocked kitchen is open in the vaulted living space with all cooking utensils & amenities including fridge, microwave, stove/cooktop, Kuerig coffee & electric hot water pot, all the pots & pans needed, plus serveware for hosting. Coffee mugs, wine glasses, whiskey tumblers and such will keep your guests & families happy during your stay. Welcome! Allow me to introduce myself, your Hostess of this lovely residence! I am a full-time Realtor in the state of Oklahoma since 1991. I also am an interior designer - my favorite projects are to re-design the function of floorplans & improve the ambiance of a space for the enjoyment of those who live there. This home is special as it was my first personal investment property. I enjoyed opening up the floorplan and took down a few walls to make this possible. The home has been thoughtfully improved with upgraded bathrooms, kitchen, new appliances, fresh paint & lighting, new LVP vinyl flooring and freshly done tile. This has been a favorite for my guests & typically hosts long-term stays. Sometimes these are not on apps, but come to me through my real estate contacts. There are minimal reviews on this home due to longer term stays but do not think twice about it - it outshines most local bnb options and is SOOOO nice. Our family has stayed there many times while renovating our other properties. You will be so cozy & comforable! Enjoy!

Tulsa's best shopping, dining & cross town commutes are right around the corner - centrally located to all things Tulsa - you can get anywhere in town within minutes. Central to multiple medical facilities, near ORU & TCC, right off the 169/Creek Nation turnpike, and close to the heartbeat of Tulsa. Come on in and stay awhile!

The ambiance of this home is felt the minute you walk through the front doors. It is SO charming, offers abundant light & ambiance, it is warm, inviting, peaceful. The split plan is nice as it allows the primary suite plenty of privacy and is very spacious. The two living areas offer separation for guests to enjoy a quiet read off the kitchen living area or enjoy one's favorite movies or sports in the front family room. There are places to spread out. Guests may enjoy a card game or chess at the game table, or want to hang out on the back pation to enjoy some outdoor grilling. The neighborhood is safe for walking or jogging but also close to our Riverparks Trail system as well for longer runs. You will feel right at home here!
