Renovated (August 2024) for intelligent and maximum comfort, this air-conditioned and fully equipped studio is located on the top floor of the most wanted building (Tortola) of the Mt Vernon Secured Residence with swimming pool on the edge of Orient Bay beach.
Cool (tiled) and shaded terrace, exceptional panoramic view including the entire Orient Bay beach and part of the nature reserve, with St Barth on the horizon! South oriented, calm and protected from the wind.

The fully air-conditioned studio has a sleeping area with king size bed and a lounge area which opens onto the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bathroom.
High speed wifi internet and Smart TV.
Sheets, towels and beach towels provided.
The studio and its balcony/terrace are for the exclusive use of travelers.
