THE HOME
The home is designed for your comfort and convenience. It is equipped with air conditioning (AC) in each room and boasts two full kitchens, two sets of washer/dryers, and plenty of beds to accomodate up to 14 guests. The fourth bedroom (The Bunkhouse) is an on-site "summer camp" room that is detached from the main house. It has a large window, ceiling fan, and AC. Some younger children may feel uncomfortable sleeping away from adults. The fifth bedroom is an in-law suite with a full kitchen, full bathroom, washer/dryer, king bed, two twin loft beds, and a 65" Smart TV. The neighborhood was super convenient (Foodland, 7-Eleven, Gas, Longs Drugs) and 3-10 min from beaches, Giovanni's, Ted's Bakery, etc. etc!). The place itself was beautiful and felt very safe. Excellent for families. Lots of kids games, utensils, high chairs, Disney streaming. In short, it's an awesome place to explore Oahu away from the insanity of Waikiki area. Would book again."

Location is in the perfect location because it’s . . . super close to the famous shrimp trucks and the Polynesian Cultural Center. We wanted spend some of our trip away from the busyness of Waikiki and this home is located closer to the North Shore area of Oahu which has more of a chill vibe. The host was very accommodating and communicating with her and the caretaker of the property was easy. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Oahu!"

The boogie boards and TONS of beach towels made it hassle free and convenient. Great walking path on the main road for morning walks. Loved the provided coffee pods and bathroom shampoos/conditioner and bath gels. So many little touches that made a big difference! Beach was only a 2min drive and some awesome food trucks only few blocks away. I would highly recommend this place for family vacation. The house itself was very clean and had some very comfortable beds. Had some great things for the kiddos. Boogie boards, surf boards and snorkeling gear. Don't look any further and book this home if you're planning your next family vacation."

My brother’s car broke down in the driveway and she was quick to offer help. Unfortunately we had to have the rental car company tow it back and get a new one, but her kindness and support was immensely appreciated. I cannot say enough positive things about this home and host! Highly recommend!!

The beach gear (wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkels) were an ultimate plus for our two week stay as there is beaches everywhere even about a 5 min. walk away theres a secluded one to just relax and listen to the waves. Washers were a must for this trip so that was helpful. Kate and her crew were responsive to our needs and even bought a cooler for us before we arrived. amazing stay overall thank you kate for welcoming us into your home!"

*Please keep in mind that you are visiting the Hawaii countryside where animals are a regular and important part of life. Ants, roosters, geckos, lizards, and cockroaches live alongside humans here. We will always have a clean and well-kept place for you with routine pest control, but please be advised that little vistors are not uncommon.

* The driveway is shared with the property caretaker, but no indoor spaces are shared. The caretaker lives in an attached separate unit with its own private entrance and they are available to assist with any needs during your stay. This home is not ADU accessible and requires several steps to access.
