Nestled in serene Spring City, TN, this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home offers stunning lake views, a fire pit, complimentary kayaks, and a public boat ramp less than 100 yards away. Perfect for fishing trips, family getaways, or quiet weekends away from it all.

Enjoy the calm and beauty of the lake, with plenty of space to relax inside and out. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the covered porch, unwinding by the fire pit under starry skies, or swimming and fishing off the dock, you’ll find your own slice of tranquility here.

For football fans, the home is conveniently located about an hour from Neyland Stadium in Knoxville and just over an hour from UTC’s Finley Stadium in Chattanooga. Making it easy to enjoy game days and still return to peaceful lakefront comfort.

Kitchen & Dining
Enter through the side door into a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, oven with cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy coffee with both a Keurig single-serve and a drip coffee maker. Additional appliances include an air fryer, blender, and toaster. All cookware and utensils are provided for preparing full meals.

A tall pantry cabinet stores food and essentials, with small appliances neatly placed on top. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with seating for seven (four chairs and a bench), ideal for family meals.

Living Spaces
Relax in the living room on a sectional sofa with ottoman and leather recliner while watching your favorite shows on the 58” Samsung smart TV.

The front porch offers multiple seating options. Chairs, loungers, a glider, and a bed swing; plus a picnic table perfect for outdoor dining while soaking in lake views.

Master Bedroom: Queen bed, TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and shower.

Guest Bedrooms: Two queen bedrooms (one with a TV) and one bunk bedroom with a TV equipped with Hulu and Disney+. The bunk room is great for gaming setups (PS/Xbox hookup available). Note: The bunk bedroom’s closet is an owner’s closet and not accessible to guests.

Second Bathroom: Located across from the laundry room, featuring tub/shower, sink, and toilet.

Just around the corner from the kitchen, the laundry room has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Outdoor Amenities
