Great little staycation

We stayed here for a few nights after our wedding in 2023, and came back this year for our anniversary.

JAXvisit

Enjoyed the visit, soaked in the tub, house is very close to activities, so parking was not available right out front, so gave 4 stars for location. Walked to the river thru parks (long walk) was fun. Drove to golf courses in 30 minutes or less. Would go again!

An Adorable Bohemian Stay

I needed a place to stay for a little while with my son and dogs. This spot was Perfection! Convenient to groceries and great dining. It was clean, updated appliances, and had both front and back porches to relax. Loved the decor and charm. The bathroom was perfect and the bed was so soft that I couldn't lay down on it or I'd fall asleep. I would rent this little gem for long term Anytime!!

We loved this rental! I was hesitant to book because we typically go for more private properties. But we loved spending time in the outdoor spaces and hanging with the other guests. The neighborhood was fantastic!Things to note:1. The neighborhood is super fun. Some people do drive fast, but we loved feeling completely safe in a neighborhood with bars open till 2am.2. The second bedroom was sunny most of the day. We weren't using that bedroom, so it wasn't an issue for us. Might be for someone else.3. The smoking area is right outside the front door. I never noticed the smoke lingering, and we had no issues. 4. The bathroom had an incredible amount of storage. Truly impressive. It was better than the storage in the bedrooms.5. Host response was basically immediate. Truly appreciated their quick responses. TL;DR: We thought the value for the money was amazing. We enjoyed the neighborhood. Hosts were great. We loved the overall vibe!

Amazing Property!

My 1st VRBO on my own - received a text once out of the airport about a slight "snafoo" but once I talked to Ashley I had a new property to stay in and it was FANTASTIC! The house was amazing and there was so much space and areas to relax in (a front porch, a den with a hammock, a backyard with a patio and a firepit!!!); everything was super clean and all needed items were there. I am definitely coming back to this house again! With friends! And I must give a huge THANKS to Ashley who was o extremely helpful and quick to respond to anything. YOU ROCK ASHLEY!!!
