Great location next to walkover, house had a wheeled cart, lots of chairs and beach toys.Nice kitchen, large rooms, ample amenities.Would recommend leaving coolers on 1st floor and take refrigerated items as needed to 2nd floor kitchen.

Beautiful home and the location was just perfect. Host Todd was helpful and accommodating our special check-in request. Fantastic place with super easy access to the beach!

This is an awesome place. We had four families here got the week and it couldn't have been better. Beautiful home, beautiful views an overall great space. Thanks for the memories.

Great property right on the beach! Excellent for multi couples or families. Access to beach right next to house and beach access had no stairs, so great for wagons and coolers. Ocean views from both story balconies were fantastic! Easy to see the beautiful oxen sunrise from the master bedroom balcony and even from the bed.Only negatives were that we arrived after several days of rain and the mosquitoes were horrid - especially on the beach walkover the dunes and white trying to grill out under the house. So make sure to bring plenty of bug screen with that sun lotion! We also had some tiny ants in the house especially in the bathroom areas.Do note the kitchen and main living area are on the top floor - makes for great ocean views but do note carrying coolers or groceries up adds additional set of stairs to maneuver.

Close access to the beach! Just what we were looking for. It had everything we needed and it was very clean. Very much appreciated the beach chairs and toys, but would have been nice to have beach towels.

The location was amazing! We were right next to a beach access point. Everything was easy to get to with a golf cart. I wish the beach club restaurant had been open more. I also think beach towels should be available at the house.

Todd was a very responsive and supportive host. The house is spacious and has an amazing location facing the beach with easy access to walkover. My multi-generational family had a fabulous stay at Neptune's Nest.

Everything about this house was as described. We loved having the walkover access right out the front door. The only problem we had was with the TV's. I would suggest that after every big storm that comes thru Galveston the cleaning crew make sure all the TV's work by pre-programing the remotes. Otherwise, the house was big and wonderful for our full family. Strongly recommend it.

Great location! You can beat being the house closest to the boardwalk, especially with young children. We went with three families so it was great that the adults each has their own bed and bathroom and the kids shared the room with the queen bed bunk beds. Place was clean and owner was helpful and quick to respond. We would easily stay here again.

Weekend with friends

Very nice property in an ideal location. Excellent access to the beach. If you do not like being in the crowed area this is your spot. Peaceful with excellent view of the ocean. Property was well appointed and spacious.

Amazing

We had a wonderful family reunion /early Mother’s Day. The house and property were amazing. Wouldn’t recommend spending the money for the resort access such a great house and easy access to beach it unnecessary

Great time at Neptune's Nest

We can't thank Todd enough for accommodating our group so last minute. Our previous rental sustained water damage and we were left scrambling to find an alternative for our large group. Todd was very quick to respond and the house was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. It had all that we needed, and the views were amazing.

We’ve stayed at quite a few places, but none compared to our stay at Neptune‘s nest from the owner to the property itself to access to the beach. We could not have been happier with our choice to go with this location. You’re close enough to Galveston yet right on the beach itself access Three minutes and that’s just a walk. The owner is truly amazing. Great communication. We will definitely be going back here and I would encourage anyone that is thinking of staying here. Don’t give it a second thought it is well worth it.

Perfect!

The house was perfect! Very well appointed with all the amenities you would need. Especially if you are a family with young children, high chair, pack n play, baby gates, even games and books. Our kids had a wonderful time as did we. It was hard not to when we basically had a gorgeous view out every window. Will definitely be coming and staying again soon!!!
