Tack för att ta en titt på vår lägenhet på Tidewater Beach Resort! Vi arbetar hårt för att se till att lägenheten är i toppskick för alla våra gäster. Du kan inte slå utsikten från vardagsrum och kök och från 6: e våningen är i perfekt höjd i byggnaden.

Den lägenhet har tre fulla sovrum och tre badrum samt ett extra våningssäng område i en hall enklav. Vi har inrättats för att sova 8 till 10 beroende på om du inkluderar bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Vi har rostfria apparater och frontlastnings tvättmaskin / torktumlare i lägenheten.

Tidewater Beach Resort ligger 1/4 mil väster om Pier Park och kommer att vara den första byggnaden som du ser när du kör från flygplatsen. Elevators were not a problem, check-in was easy and staff was very nice and helpful. Plenty of space for the 7 in our group, clean, and view was amazing ! Would deff stay here again !

Wonderful

The kids and family loved it. Loved the pool and beach wish we could have stayed longer. Very friendly residents at the resort and staff were very playful with the toddlers. Definitely would stay again. Only problem was the road being worked on out front.

This is a great rental property! We loved the view from all the huge windows and enjoyed our time here! Only downside was the elevators are extremely slow and the wait can be horribly long at times

Tidewater vacay

Beautiful condo with great views! We would recommend it and love to stay in this particular unit again. Many amenities, especially the gym, were an added plus for our stay.

That view...

This condo is very nice. The view and the windows that allow the view are amazing. We enjoyed the wrap-around balcony, the swivel rockers in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the fully stocked kitchen. The condo could definitely use some updating. Walk in tile showers and updated vanities in the bathrooms would be ideal. Lastly, the beds were pretty saggy. However, we would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Easy to rent property, checking in/out was easy as well. The property was absolutely beautiful and getting up every morning and being able to look at the beach was phenomenal. Did not want to leave.

Spring Break Family Vacation

Our FL and VA family met up in PC beach for Spring break and had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was conveniently located in walking distance to the pier shops and activities. The beach was beautiful and the staff was nice. The only recommendation I have for the condo was to upgrade to larger more updated TVs.

Family and friends get-away

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated (could use a few more baking pans in the kitchen- we ate in for all our meals). Beach was awesome. BUT- beware of the elevators. I know this NOT a reflection on the owner, but be prepared to use the stairs or for long waits for the elevator. Great location to restaurants, the pier, etc.

Good but…

The place was great, but the elevators are atrocious. Everyone checks in and out at the same time and it’s over an hour wait for an elevator. Otherwise, place is good and enjoyed the stay. The condo has great views and lots of clean spacious rooms.

Summer 2023

The condo was very large and comfortable for a family of 9. It was clean and had pretty much everything needed. I would recommend taking a couple of towels, we had to wash them often to keep up and also take beach towels.

Perfect place for our group of 10

We enjoyed our week stay here. Perfect location just outside of the busy part of PCB but close to the places we wanted to go see. It was a perfect size for our group of 10. Check-in went pretty smooth. There is a walk way from the parking garage to the check-in desk on floor 2. Check-in time gets VERY busy!! Elevators can get congested and take a while but we were never in too much of a hurry. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay!

Christmas Vacation

Perfect location. Great size for a family of 6. One bedroom and the bunkbeds had windows that had outside lights that prevented the rooms from being dark at night. Black out shades would be better there. One of the swivel chairs didn't swivel and one of the toilets ran. The elevator, which everyone complained was slow, didn't give us any issues. Overall, it was an exceptional place for us.

PCB 2023 FAMILY TRIP

WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO STAY AND A GREAT BEACH!!!! THE ONLY THING I FOUND THAT WASN’T ABSOLUTELY PERFECT IS THAT THE COFFEE MAKER HAD BEEN PUT UP IN THE CABINET WITHOUT BEING CLEANED AND HAD AN OLD MOLDY COFFEE FILTER IN IT. AFTER ABOUT 10 MINUTES OF CLEANING AND A SANITIZE RUN THROUGH THE DISHWASHER...ALL GOOD. OTHER THAN THAT ONE SMALL THING, GREAT STAY AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE CONDO!!!

Elevator Hell

The management company was awesome ! I won’t be back to Tidewater . Several elevators weren’t in service or not working . Standing in line 30 + minutes for an elevator isn’t my idea of a relaxing vacation The beach chair attendants came by several times asking our name room numbers , as though we were done beach chair squatters. The property management company is the best I’ve dealt with as far as communication goes.

Beware of Tidewater!!

The condo unit itself was just fine. However, that's about the only good thing I can say about our stay. The elevators are a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!! The complex has 30 floors and MAYBE 5-6 (functional) elevators for the ENTIRE property. Waiting times of 20-40 minutes were a given (unless it was the super early or super late). I saw disabled tenants walking up steps for at least 6 floors because elevators ever would pick them up. Did I mention there was zero ventilation in the stairways (heat and humidity made them feel like ovens). EVERYONE, and i mean EVERYONE, was complaining about the situation. I think most everyone complained to the staff about it. The typical response was, "I'm sorry for your inconvenience ". We didn't speak to anyone that said they would return to Tidewater. I did speak to some that actually were leaving the resort early to find others accommodations. Bottom line is that I wouldn't go back even if they offered me free accommodations.

The property is nice, but the elevators are a real issue. They are very slow and the wait!!!

The property is clean, and the grounds are well kept. The main problem I had with the property was the elevators and how long the wait is basically for the vacationers checking in and checking out. As it relates to the unit, the mattresses are a bit worn, which created an issue for my elderly dad. The air conditioner was not totally working properly, and the technician was scheduled to come back while there, but they did not make it there. The unit was cool, but we had to go to the breaker box and switch the breaker anytime the unit switched off due the sensor on the sliding glass door. We had to keep washing the towels due to a limited supply. The housekeepers need to also do a thorough sweeping of the place. Found debris throughout the unit that wasn't easily visible.

The Condo was great, Amenties Great, Staff Not so much...

The condo and view were beautiful! The amenities offered at Tide Water are very nice, two pools, outdoor and indoor. Restaurant, tiki Bar a plus. The beach chairs (included with the room) were a great perk and over all the stay was very nice. However, the staff (and maybe because it is summer and they are all temps...) was very disappointing. No one smiled, no one engaged and everyone was overall put out by taking my money. 90% of the staff working the tiki bar, snow cone place corner market, maintenance, cleaning staff, etc. were on their phones OR had ear buds in. There was zero engagement except the minimum required to complete whatever transaction was taking place. I would love to stay here again, but I am not sure we will since the staff was so unpleasant. We may give it another try, but unlikely. To the owner: Your condo was fabulous and I know the staff at Tide Water is out of your control. We truly enjoyed our stay otherwise, but human interaction is a big part of this complex. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy your place!

Loved this Condo! One of our favorites.

My family has stayed in many locations on the gulf and this is by far the best. From the moment you walk into this condo it takes your breath away. The condo gives you a warm beach feeling with the decor. Very well decorated and what a blessing to have found this place. The view is amazing and the condo is very spacious and was extremely clean. You have a full window view from the living room like no other. Saw many dolphins in the early mornings and evenings. The sunsets were to die for. The kitchen was fully stocked with about everything you could possibly need. Great location to Pier Park just a short walk away. We walked down to pier park a couple of nights and walked back. The Check-in desk and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Always felt safe with the security team on duty. And I have never stayed at a condo building where they really take pride in how it looks even on the outside. We highly recommend staying at #617. Tonya was amazing with our reservations. We had something that needed to be repaired and the handyman showed up that day to correct the problem. This was by far one of my best vacations and I loved the fact that I did not have to clean the place before I could start to enjoying my downtime. The cleaning crew did an amazing job. This place will not disappoint you.

Bad cleaning crew

The condo itself wasn't horrible. The thing that was disappointing was the cleaning crew. We came into a condo that had a dental flosser and pistachio shells on the floor by the couch, a wash rag in the bathroom hung up for display but it still had toothpaste spit on it, and the rugs throughout the condo did not look like they had been vacuumed. There were multiple light bulbs out in one of the bathrooms as well. It's sad when a condo could be amazing but the cleaning crew, which I'm sure the owner pays a lot for, kinda messes up the experience. We were disappointed that the ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn't work and the lights on the ceiling fan in the living room didn't work either. You have to be prepared to wait for a super long time to get an elevator (10+ mins at times) so I was thankful we only had to go up 6 flights of stairs to get to the condo. Overall I would recommend this place and would give it more stars if it had been cleaner when we arrived.
