Numerous balconies, lanai and patios along with a beach sun pergola afford views of the expansive BAY OF THAILAND. The 7km beach has only 10 properties while our home has no neighbors for 700 meters to the North and 250 meters to the South. Living on the beach is like living in a painting; from the morning Sunrise into the BAYFRONT facing rooms to the beautiful hues of the Sunset seen across the coconut trees that surround the property the view is in constant change.
Outdoor living also includes a large barbecue and mature vegetable, fruit and flower gardens. Wide white sand beach for luxurious walks.

I have enjoyed living in Thailand as an expat for 30 years. I do property development in both The Philippines and Thailand. This beachfront home is my own residence and I designed and built this property to be both comfortable and low maintenance. I continue to travel extensively and offer this property so that others can enjoy the serenity of this location.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
When I moved to Thailand I first lived in Patong, Phuket for two years then moved to the border with Laos for the next 8 years. At least twice a year I would drive around Thailand looking at raw land or established houses but nothing struck me till I found Kui Buri. This is real Thailand. The village itself is 7 km from the beachfront and there you can find all the modern conveniences you would expect while on this beach the are less than 10 homes and guest houses. There is government supplied water and electricity plus there is also fiber optic high speed internet.
For those guests who enjoy tranquilly Kui Buri is perfect because we are only 45 minutes from the fourth largest city in Thailand, HUA HIN, and 25 minutes from the provincial capital, Prachuap City. Historically this region has been important both nationally and internationally . Nationally in that this province is the number one tourist destination for Thai citizens and we are famous for our pineapple production, shrimp farms, National Parks and one of the largest elephant preserves in the country. Architecturally the region is replete with beautiful Buddhist temples.
