Discover a charming vacation community just minutes away from the pristine white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Perdido Key, Florida. This adorable coastal townhome is the perfect spot to enjoy the area and all it has to offer. A short drive away, you'll find the renowned Florabama Bar, Pensacola Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels), Joe Patti's Seafood, Pensacola Beach, Orange Beach, and Gulf Shores, to name just a few.
The community features fantastic amenities including a Private Beach Club with a restaurant/bar, pool, and beach access with beach chair service. You'll also enjoy an 18-hole Arnold Palmer Championship Golf Course, tennis courts, a large resort-style pool with a hot tub, and a state-of-the-art gym. Lost Key also offers a free shuttle service to take you wherever you need to go within the community.
The townhome itself offers an open-concept main living area with a comfy sofa and smart TV. Step outside onto the screened lanai, where you can relax and take in stunning sunset views over the lake, with wildlife sightings including a Bald Eagle family and Ospreys fishing in the summer months.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king bed and a deluxe en-suite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third offers a full-size bed with a single trundle. There's also a sofa sleeper on the main floor for additional sleeping space.
The fully-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, white shaker cabinets, and quartz countertopsâeverything you need to feel right at home. The home includes a 2-car garage stocked with beach chairs, a wagon, an umbrella, and plenty of beach toys for an unforgettable family trip.
