Once you pull into the driveway, with ample group parking, you will make your way through the iron gate into the beautifully landscaped courtyard with lush greenscapes, matured trees, and a touch of historic charm with brick walkways - a perfect backdrop for family photos! Upon entering the home, take in the beautiful water views from the wall to wall windows on the back of the home. On your right, there is a large dining room with seating for up to 12 people, and to your left, an office space, living room and screened porch where you can enjoy some downtime after a busy day on the water or shopping in downtown Fredericksburg. Continuing past the living room and office space, you will find the primary bedroom, complete with a king size bed, ample closet space, and an en suite bathroom.

On the other side of the home, just past the dining room, there is a chef’s dream kitchen with a state-of-the-art cooktop stove, under-counter ice maker, large refrigerator, and double wall ovens. Moving through the kitchen, there is a half-bath down the hall just off the kitchen, the laundry room, and stairs to the second level. On the second level of the home, there is a loft space perfect for curling up with a good book, the second bedroom with a king size bed, and the third bedroom with a queen size bed.

Back downstairs, the kitchen opens into a spacious family room complete with a large TV, foosball table, pool table, and tons of books and family-friendly games. The fourth bedroom is located just down the hall from the family room, complete with a queen size bed and full bath with private access as well as access from the hallway. From the family room, you can take in the view of the Potomac, and access the backyard where the pool and hot tub are located.

The outdoor space for this home is what vacation dreams are made of. Lounge by the sparkling pool in any of the cozy seating areas with ample shade from multiple umbrellas, or relax in the custom built hot tub. You can also enjoy a family BBQ dinner by the outdoor grill, setup yard games in the side yard by the pool, or take the kayaks or stand-up paddle board for an adventure on the water. Finally, enjoy an evening by the water, either roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, fishing off the dock, or picking crabs on the new deck right on the water. The estate at Pine Harbor beckons you to unplug and unwind!

A couple notes about your stay:

For your peace of mind and to ensure the safety of our property, please note that exterior security cameras are installed at the driveway, at the front door, and in the backyard area, where the pool is in view. There is a noise monitor outside near the pool as well. As our home is located in a rural setting, these cameras help us monitor and protect the premises. Rest assured, there are absolutely no cameras inside the house.

When the hot tub is open, it will be open from 4 PM - 10 PM each day.
