Varför komma till Maui och inte titta på havet från din enhet? Denna lägenhet med ett sovrum i G-byggnaden (G-104) är ditt paradis! Över 20 "bred vardagsrum, 1039 kvadratmeter 2 badrum, stort sovrum med kung sovrum. Det rymliga vardagsrum / matsal / kök har en justerbar stor platt-TV (du kan till och med titta på den från Lanai), en drottningssäng, takfläktar och skrivbord (gratis internet och en skrivare). Det stora sovrummet är också ganska rymligt med en annan platt-TV och DVD-spelare, och en innergård för avkoppling, hängande våta kläder, förvaring av leksaker, etc. Vi har precis lagt till två cyklar som du kan använda.

Se solnedgången och valarna hoppa medan du äter från vår kaklade Lanai. Om solen är för ljus, stäng den elektriska markisen.

Maui Kamaole ligger mellan Wailea och Kihei; stränder och snorkling är en kort promenad nerför backen. Anläggningen har 2 pooler (en med vattenfall), badtunnor och tennisbanor. Köket är utrustat med allt du behöver, och den stapelbara tvättmaskinen och torktumlaren fungerar bra. Takfläktar och luftkonditionering hjälper alla att känna sig bekväma.

Fabulous views!

A wonderful place to stay in the south Kihei area, great views and quick access to the beach. The places was clean and spacious, the two of us were plenty comfy for the week. Close to lots of great food and easy access to the rest of the island.

Wonderful stay

We had a love stay here. It had everything we needed. The beach equipment and toys were a nice touch. We have two littles so having a crib was a huge help and we were able to let them play on the lanai.

Wonderful stay!

My wife and I had a great stay with our infant. The property had ample space and amazing ocean views. We could see the sunset from the patio. Everything was as advertised. Alice was incredibly helpful and responsive, she went out of her way to make our stay memorable. We’d definitely stay here again!

Most excellent place

Great location , ideal for what we wanted . Very spacious and clean . Although we only made breakfast some mornings , I was really impressed with the quality of the kitchen utensils , so clean and new , something we have never seen in other VRBO properties . The owner really takes care of this place . Overall everything was perfect .

Fabulous Condo

Everything was great, the daybed in the living room was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view is incredible! We had an incredible week staying here, I’d definitely book with Alice again, hopefully soon.

Fantastic View

We enjoyed our stay in Alice's condo very much. The view was spectacular. We spent a lot of time on the lanai enjoying that view. Communication with the owner was enjoyable. We don't have any issues to report; it was a great vacation and we hope we can stay again in this same unit someday.

Newbie to Kihei

I had always stayed on the west side, but decided to keep our trip after the fire and chose Kihei. This condo was great. Amazing view. Close to beaches, places to eat and shop. Pools were beautiful. Condo very well stocked and beds comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

We enjoyed this comfortable unit with lovely outdoor seating and easily accessible walks along the ocean and beaches. The upper spa was also very nice with a tropical feel provided by the surrounding vegetation. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location, great for families

Staying at Alice’s place was amazing, the location couldn’t be beat! We travelled here with our 16 month old, so we wanted a place that would be enjoyable during nap and bedtime, and this was it! Ground level access was great for our son to run around on the lawn, and it was amazing being able to watch whales splashing around and the beautiful sunsets from our lanai. We were able to walk to all the beaches close by, as well as to our favourite sandwich shop, 808 Deli. Alice has plenty of beach gear including chairs, umbrella, cooler, kids toys, fins, snorkels, beach towels and more! The kitchen is also well stocked. Alice was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, but also respected our privacy while there. We certainly plan on returning as soon as we can! Thanks Alice!

Maui 2023 trip

Great location. Beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai. Spacious unit and well equipped (beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc.). Did not get to use the bikes (I usually take a 6 mile walk daily), but the opportunity to use a bicycle was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Also, Alice (the owner) was quick to respond to any issue we had during our stay. Great experience!!

Awesome View

The condo was very clean and had everything there that a person needed. The parking stall was right outside the door and there was 2 BBQ's about 40 yards from there that we could use. We watched the sunset every night from the lani. Alice the owner was very good to deal with and always responded to emails. We really liked the location and would recommend this condo.

Wonderful Stay in Maui

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The view from the Lanai is BEAUTIFUL. We saw whales breaching one morning while we enjoyed our coffee on the Lanai! (The binoculars helped). The location of the condo is great and within walking distance or a short drive to fantastic beaches, shops, restaurants and shaved ice for the kids. The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our trips to the beach (chairs, cooler, umbrella, etc.). Alice was accommodating and very pleasant to communicate with. We highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Maui

The unit is in a great location and plenty large. There is plenty of equipment provided to keep you busy biking, kayaking, beach fun etc. The ocean view is lovely. The owners have made certain that the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cooking utinsels and condiment. The carpets need to be cleaned and or replace as there is a lot of spots and soiled areas. A good location, with a great view.

Great Views

Property was overall very good, great location, views were amazing, large lanai with all the beach toys you need. Although only one bedroom the second bed works great as a second room. The condo was stocked with everything you need, and being so close to Kihei makes it very easy should you need anything. The property itself was amazing, two great pools, tennis, beaches 1 min walk across the road. Parking was great, right in front of the condo. Overall this was a great place to stay, the condo itself is a little dated on the inside and could use a refresh. It could also stand for a good cleaning. I would stay here again.

I live in the mountains of Ouray, Colorado, (where I also have VRBO rentals) but we also love the sea. I still sell real estate and manage other rentals in Ouray, Colorado. I can think of nothing better than enjoying the warm ocean waters of Maui.

My husband and I looked for 4 years to find our perfect place in the islands and believe this is it! He was able to enjoy it with me until he passed away in 2020. I have owned here since 2013. I know you'll love our place too.

In addition to the ocean views, we found this low rise complex blends beautifully with the wonderfully landscaped grounds and fits our laid back lifestyle while we are on Maui. Being close to great swimming beaches and snorkeling with the turtles, restaurants, and shopping were also an important part of choosing this condo.
