The main house sleeps up to 8 guests. You can extend to up to 12 guests by adding the separate 1-bed/1-bath apartment on the property that sleeps - please inquire (additional fee).
Main cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with plenty of seating, and dining room. There is a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a bunk room with twin bunk beds and a full-size fold out sofa bed. There are two bathrooms both with showers (no tubs). A larger bathroom is accessible in the hallway and through the king bedroom. The second bathroom is a bit smaller and is accessible from the queen bedroom. Towels, hair dryers, soap, shampoo/conditioner are provided.
The 1-bed apt. features a fully equipped kitchen/dining combo and living room with a queen-size pull-out sofa bed. The bedroom has a king bed. Bathroom is accessible from the bedroom.
On a quiet, dead-end street, itâs perfect for kids with front and back porches and fenced in yard. Only one mile from Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park, it's well-located to restaurants, shops, and activities, and is the ultimate launch point for biking and exploring Sea Pines and the rest of the island.
Whether youâre looking to hang in or explore, this charming cottage is your perfect beach getaway!

On an island where many original homes have been replaced by sprawling estates, our property stands out as a lovingly renovated beach cottage. During the renovation of our own home, we lived in this charming retreat and fell in love. From the incredible proximity to the ocean to the yard perfect for grilling, relaxing, and enjoying the outdoors, this cottage truly captures the essence of coastal living. Its location is unbeatableâjust a bike ride away from the offerings of Coligny and Sea Pines.
