Decorated in contemporary beach décor, this home features an open floor plan, gas fireplace, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and updated bathroom with walk-in shower.
Enjoy the oversized covered deck with comfortable seating overlooking the large yard and stunning views of the river. Abuts Seaview Park with walking trails and tennis courts. Amenities include central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, enclosed outdoor shower, gas fire pit and gas grill.
