Not what it used to be.............
Rating Details:
The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

My family and I stayed in 905 in July 2025.#1 - We checked in after closing and they are supposed to have a basket with your key in an envelope. This was not the case for us, the office forgot to double-check the list before they left for the day, and we did not have a key. We had to call and get someone to let up in for the night, but we could not leave because we did not have a key to lock the room. We had to go to the office the next morning to get a key. They do not open until 9:00 and we were trying to get to Silver Dollar City early, I finally found another worker that was able to get our key so that we could leave. #2 â When we got ready to go to bed the first night, we folded our sheets back and noticed hair and dirt on the sheets, they also looked like they had been slept in already. Poor housekeeping.#3 â We got ready to take a shower the first morning and our bathroom did not have any washcloths. Poor housekeeping.#4 â We had an obvious broken glass in the cabinet that housekeeping should have caught at some point.#5 â One of the screen doors was off the track and could be a hazard to small children if and when it falls over.#6 â The furniture was outdated one of the chairs had the material peeling off.#7 - The last night we were there someone decided to have a late-night pool party and play loud music. This is no fun when you are going to have to drive eight hours the next morning.#8 â Signs all around the pool that say, âNo Food or Drink in the Poolâ. But every time I took my grandchildren to the pool, we had several people drinking beer in the pool. #9 - For this to be a resort and they have in the book that when you are leaving, put the used dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on, they did not leave any dishwasher detergent to wash these dishes.
