About this space
Have fun with the whole family, pets welcomed, at this stylish escape. Located 15mins outside of Downtown Ellensburg. This farmhouse is Conveniently located in the heart of the Valley which offers breathtaking views of the widespread farmland & distant cascade mountains.

Private parking-lot with plenty of space for toy haulers or horse trailers.

Set on 8 acres with a private fenced in yard.

Large Hot-tub to fit your whole group alongside outdoor dining and seating area.
The space
This two story, 1300+ Square foot,
semi-detached, air conditioned home is open concept yet, cozy. The shared wall has a bolted door between side & utility room of owner’s side. Space for a family with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, large kitchen, dining areas, living area, & large outdoor space, make it ideal for entertaining or escaping.

This uniquely styled home was remodeled in the summer of 2022.
Featuring gas stovetop, wood floors and butcher block countertops the cottage theme runs throughout The Countryside Retreat.
Guest access
The Entire Space is open to guests. There are fences that show solid boarder of rental from adjacent private residences. There is a locked deadbolt door connecting the attached house that guests do not have access to.

This pet-friendly, cute country home was perfect for a quiet girls' get-away during the Fourth of July weekend with our dogs. Plenty of room at this 2-story countryside home, fully fenced, and Host Emma was very responsive to texts. We really enjoyed our stay here while exploring the Ellenburg area and would definitely come back again!

Excellent 'country retreat'. Cozy and easy going away from the city town and noise. Full kitchen with all needs. Very comfy living room sofa components. Appreciated enclosed yard for our pet dog. Nice deck to view the sunset from, good outside BBQ and hot tub.

Cute little country house

Cute country house but close to downtown Ellensburg and CWU. Great outside area with large deck, hot tub, and fully fenced yard for all size dogs to run free. Would recommend staying here if you are visiting Ellensburg.

If i could give more stars in a couple fields i would. Host, amazing. Sunsets, amazing. Location, just far enough out of town. When we go back to Ellensburg this is where we want to stay.

Host was very friendly and helpful! They are on the property in another home- but very respectful of guest space. We enjoyed the hot tub. There is a lot of space in the house and it's pet friendly! The location is very easy to access & allowed us to explore the area. We especially loved Whipsaw Brewing, Fortuity Wine (Merry Mondays!), Kittitas Cafe, Bon Somm, and walking the trail at Irene Rinehart Riverfront Park.

Really cute little cottage, bedrooms were nicely sized and bathroom was pretty clean and well prepared. I appreciated the communication regarding the readiness of the property include internet connection and hot tub servicing. One thing to note is there is no washer and dryer available but hanging stuff to dry outside was pretty effective especially in July. The farm connected to the drive way had friendly farm animals too if that’s what you are into and would be great entertainment for kids. Good location for easy access the Ellensburg and the university. Hot tub was a tad over with the chemicals and listing didn’t say it was attached to a whole other house and only one door with a deadbolt between the two I guess for easy access to the owner but just would have liked to know, I’m a big safety person especially with kids. Overall really nice though and relaxing.

Cute and Cozy

My family had a nice stay, very cute and cozy. Loved how it was decorated and the pops of light pink throughout are fun. House very easy to access, very clean and spacious. Would recommend staying here. Hosts were very easy to communicate with.

The place was so cute and well kept. Just outside of main Ellensburg it was the perfect place to stay for attending the rodeo. The hot tub was perfect and well maintained. Only thing I would have changed was all the flys (not because of cleanliness just nature of an apple tree and animals near by.) It got a little smokey when we cooked so we opened the windows and because there were no screens all the flys came in. I would suggest having a fly swatter or screens installed.

Directional Drill Company

A few of my employees and myself were working a few projects in Ellensburg, and stayed at the Holiday Inn the first week of work. We were kept up late at night due to other guests, and I needed a quiet place for my crew.Emma & Joe were excellent in communicating with us, the house was perfectly described, and we had zero noise or distractions while sleeping. I highly recommend this host/house, and we will defiantly book again if we are back in that area!Jacob, Slade & Justice
