*No Smoking at any property, including garages, balconies, decks, carports, pools, etc.
The fine for smoking inside a property is $500
*Dogs are only allowed at specific Pet-friendly properties, a pet fee of $150 per dog is non-refundable, and you must notify us in advance if you bring dog(s), dog's name, breed, weight.. Dogs are not allowed on public beaches.
*ADA dogs are always welcome
Island Vacation Rentals does not manage property amenities such as condo pools and elevators, therefore, we canât guarantee availability.
