🐾 Pet-Free Home: For an allergy-free environment, our home is pet-free. If you're traveling with a service dog, please let us know in advance so we can mark it on your booking. We'll ask:

2️⃣ What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
Please note, while we do not charge a pet fee for service dogs, if the dog is not properly potty-trained, a fee may apply for carpet or furniture cleaning afterward. 🧹

🚭 No Smoking Indoors: Our home is a smoke-free space. A $500 cleaning fee will apply for any indoor smoking evidence, ensuring a fresh experience for all guests.

🎉 No Parties or Events: Please respect our space by keeping gatherings small and intimate, maintaining its welcoming atmosphere.

📹 Security Camera: For your peace of mind, a doorbell camera is installed outdoors. There are no cameras inside.
