The Space:
This radiant apartment spans a generous area, offering a blend of contemporary design and high-end finishes. The open-plan living space features chic furnishings and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the room with natural light while offering panoramic views of the ocean and Dubai skyline. Each bedroom is meticulously designed to ensure restful nights with luxurious bedding and stunning views. The master suite includes an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and luxury.

Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire apartment, including all three bedrooms, the living area, kitchen, and private balcony. Additional amenities include:

A state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with modern appliances.
Access to the building's premium facilities, such as a fitness center, swimming pool, and children’s play areas.
Two designated parking spaces for convenience.

Getting Around:
Located off the coast of Jumeirah Beach Residence, Bluewaters Island is excellently connected to the main Dubai area. It’s just a short drive to Dubai Marina, The Walk at JBR, and other key attractions. The area is also well-served by taxis and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The new Bluewaters Bridge provides direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road, and Dubai’s airports are within a 30-minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
We're excited to welcome you to our home! This property is a registered holiday home apartment. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and us, we kindly ask you to read and follow the below guidelines.

- Standard Check-In time is 3 PM and Check-Out is 11 AM. Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are subject to availability and are subject at an additional cost.
- All guests are required to provide passport copies before arrival in order to register with building management facilitating smooth check-ins.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A fine of 2000 AED will be charged for smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only on balconies, if available.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of lost or damaged keys and parking cards, a replacement fee will be applicable.
- Housekeeping with and without change of linens available at the best rate. Extra linens and towels are provided subject to an extra charge.
- All primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and inventory checklist prior to check-in. Additionally, a refundable security deposit must be paid after booking and before check-in.
- Building amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, or other shared facilities are managed by the building management and are subject to maintenance or temporary closure without prior notice. While we always aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, these amenities are not under our direct control, and availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
- Please be aware that Dubai is constantly evolving, which may involve ongoing construction or renovations within the community or even within our building. This could potentially cause disruptions during your stay.
- For building registration purposes, we will require a copy of the passports for all guests occupying the unit prior to their arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries to make your arrival more comfortable. Please note that items like cooking condiments, cleaning products, and extra toiletries are not stocked in the apartment. We recommend planning accordingly for these essentials during your stay.
- Please let us know in advance if you require a check-in outside of our standard hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. Additional fees may apply.
- If you wish to request a late checkout, please note that this is subject to availability and additional fees. Please contact your agent at least 24 hours in advance to discuss.
