The condo was very clean! The bed were comfortable! The view of the creek from the balcony was breathtaking. We saw several bears during our stay! The pool is awesome! The property manager keeps the pool very clean! We enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic stay over Christmas! The condo had everything we needed and the host was super responsive when we needed something. It was nice to be able to enjoy Christmas with our family and pup so close to everything!

Loved staying here.Justin was prompt in responding to our queries.This place has a very homily vibe, all of us slept really well.Very close to all main attractions. Very conveniently close to a grocery store -Chalet Village and a pizza shop- Ski Mountain pizza.Important points while travelling with family.

Very clean, cozy place!

We had a great time at this condo! The whole family enjoyed the waterfall view from both sides and the view from the deck! The pool access was an unexpected but welcomed surprise!The place was very clean and all the bedding smelled and felt freshly changed! The pull out couch was also comfortable enough for two adults to sleep well on.

Nice

The location is really nice with a short drive to pigeon forge or gatlinburg. The scenery is breathtaking. Communication with property manager is top notch, all messages answered promply and all needs met in a timely manner. The condo was well furnished and very secure. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice.get away.

A perfect place to relax in the mountains. This apartment is thoughtfully designed with attention to every detail. It truly felt like a temporary home. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a nice stay. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the forest and the creek. The host was always available and helpful. We would happily come back and highly recommend this lovely apartment to everyone.

Great Condo

The property was great. However the cleanliness was lacking a little bit. There were lots of food crumbs on the floor. The TV in the living room did not work but we did not need it.

I was impressed. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well furnished. It had everything we need to cook our meals( just bring spices or what you need to put in your food) . Beds were soft, my husband said too soft lol. We took our dog, hes a service dog, we were told he wasn't allowed in the pool area, other than that it was a very lovely stay. The waterfall was beautiful.

Justin was a very responsive host

Justin was an amazing host. Very professional. Leading up to to trip he checked in, check-in instructions were great. We had some issues connecting to wi-fi but he was super helpful and quick to respond trying to figure it out.Location was very convenient to Gatlinburg. Just a five minute drive down the mountain.There was a pool at the complex but renters were not allowed to use it, which was tough telling the kids.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit which had plenty of room on the two floors with top floor being a huge loft with two bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry room with big washer and dryer. And the main floor had a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and livingroom plus nice balcony overlooking creek.It was a very clean unit overlooking a big creek that ran right under and through the whole building complex. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking it with the peaceful sound of the water flowing under the complex. It also had a nice pool but we didn't have the time to enjoy it the three days we were there because of all the other things to do in Gatlinburg downtown which you could walk to and drive to Pigeon forge which was short distance of about 5 miles by using the bypass which was near this complex. We would stay here again in future since they allow pets to stay in the unit because we had our pet with us. Thanks for letting us have good memories to look back on staying in your unit in Gatlinburg which is one of the best tourist towns in the United States to visit in the Smokie Mountains. Thanks again.

decent place ,top floor,stairs,nice view ,.could use a good moping.way better than a hotel .everything is expensive in gatlinburg and way too many people.this unit is away from all that bs.
