Vi älskar vår St. George slipper! Du kommer att älska att bo i detta lyxiga, (slutförda 10/12) stadsbostad ... en fantastisk plats att tillbringa din semester!

Det två våningar hemmet har två master sviter med högkvalitativa king size-sängar och platt-tv i varje. Det extra sovrummet är utrustat med två uppsättningar våningssängar - jättekul för barnen! Det övre våningen har en queen-size, skinnsoffa i läder för ytterligare gäster. För dig som inte gillar att dela sängar har vi köpt två vikbara, tvåstorliga golvmadrasser för ytterligare sovmöjligheter.

Det fullt utrustade köket har gott om plats för 10 personer att äta vid bordet och ön av granit. Familjerummet och loftet på övervåningen tillåter rymliga samlingsytor för TV / filmvisning (vissa DVD-skivor), spelspel (flera spel och pussel tillhandahållna) eller bara umgås.

Trädgårds- och uteplatsområdet inkluderar utrymme att leka och besöka också. Med en gas-BBQ, matbord, sittplatser och eldstolar kan du njuta av middagar och koppla av utomhus.

På plats kan du njuta av två pooler, badtunnor, träna green, gym och rymligt klubbhus med kök. Intill fastigheten finns en park med stort fiskedamm och picknickområde.

Very nice townhouse & good location

We've stayed at this townhouse previously and would definitely come back again. If fact, we have it reserved for our trip to southern Utah next year. Julie is a great host & the townhouse has everything we need. We like the location close to the freeway with ready access to lots of other things.

Relaxing stay

We had a great stay in this Washington townhome. Kitchen was fully stocked. Townhome was very comfortable and spacious. Had lots of adventures near-by in Zion & on the local mountain bike trails. Lots of great restaurants in this area.

This property is exactly as stated and shown. It was super clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything you could need for cooking and staples is available. It was a great proximity to a ton of great hiking and activities. The hosts were super proactive in replying and sending information. Would absolutely stay here again

Great place to start and end the day.

We had a great stay in the house. It had everything that we could ask for. The place was very clean and had everything that we needed. The bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything that you could need. I appreciated all the condiments. We were able to start the day with breakfast and made to go lunches. The coolers were a bonus. We used the house as a base be fire we went to Zion and the Grand Canyon.It was great to come back and relax in the hot tub and the living room watching a movie. We would definitely comeback and rent here. It was a very quiet neighborhood.

St George Getaway

Julie and Jeff are fantastic, and their home is flawless. Everything you could need is available to you. Their responsiveness to any question or assistance is nearly immediate. This is our second time staying at this property and we hope it will become a regular thing. We absolutely love St. George and their home's location is ideally suited to some of the most beautiful national parks and some of the most fantastic, affordable golf anywhere. Bravo Julie and Jeff. We'll be back.

Great space!

Clean, spacious, everything we needed was provided. Outdoor area was great also. Comfortable. Lots of places for family to sleep. Loved all the space in the bathrooms. Family couch was awesome!

Utah Vacation

This property is AMAZING! Plenty of items stocked in the refrigerator and pantry for cooking or making sandwiches for our hikes. We loved the closeness to Zion and Bryce. We loved going to the lake near the VRBO. This property offered beach chairs, a canopy to block the blazing sun and even toys if you have younger kids. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The host is very organized and accommodating. Plenty of bedsheets, pillows and space. We loved it and would stay here again. Oh, I forgot the teens loved the clubhouse with the pool, ping pong and pool table. Fabulous place!

Utah getaway

This place was perfect! It had everything we needed after spending our days hiking and exploring. We had 2 couples and it was nice to have 2 similar bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The pools and hot tubs were nice to spend time relaxing. I would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful Home

Our week stay was wonderful and we enjoyed the area so much. Loved the golf courses, food and pools. This home had everything we needed and was very comfortable and felt like home. Would recommend it for anyone staying on the St. George area!

Great stay near Zion National Park

Very clean, spacious rental. We went for a trip to Zion and the location was fantastic- only 40 minutes to the park entrance, but only 20 minutes from St. George and all it has to offer. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!!

Great Location

We had a great stay at Julie’s place! It was a good distance to Zion. We went everyday of our 4 days. It was AMAZING coming back and being able to soak in the hot tub every night…especially after running the half marathon and hiking everyday. Julie was very responsive and had lots of great suggestions. It was perfect for two couples staying because we each had our own space (upstairs and downstairs) and we still had an extra room kids or others could have stayed in. Thanks Julie!

Birthday getaway

Absolutely loved this condo! So clean and beautiful. Loved the location and the clubhouse with pools. The owners are great at communicating and helping when needed. Definitely will stay here again!

Very Nice Condo

The condo is really nice. Very clean and tons of room to relax and visit. While we did not cook, we noted the kitchen had tons of cookware etc. Great place to unwind after a day of hiking. The location is very accessible to the highway and in a quiet neighborhood.

Family Vacation

Great Vacation

Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. We had a wonderful stay. The home is perfect and has everything we needed. I have stayed in dozens of VRBO rentals and one thing I really appreciated was having a fully equipped kitchen including spices, food items in the pantry and fridge, and other supplies such as a cooler, zip lock bags, tinfoil, etc. It makes for a much more relaxing stay. Communication with the owners was also great and instructions for the home were clear. Again, thank you!

Our family has rented in the St. George, Utah area at least once every year for the past 26+ years.

Our kids love to hang out here in every season--even the hot summer months--with days spent hiking in Zion National and Snow Canyon State Parks, fishing at the local pond, going to plays at Tuachan and spending hours at the pool. Now that our kids are older, cliff jumping at Sand Hollow State Park has become a favorite activity--same with paddle boarding at the sandy beach part of the lake.

My husband and brothers particularly love the year-round golf. It's been their dream to have a place of their own in St. George.

In August of 2012, we happened to walk through a model home in the area we were staying and fell in love with the place. We decided to combine forces with other family members to purchase our shared home.

We've loved vacationing in this development since there are lots of fun, on-site activities. And, the homes are high-end with granite counters, wood doors and trim, and many other extras that make it a luxurious place to stay.

We LOVE all the activities available in the surrounding area for every member of our family. From my golf-loving husband to babies and teens to my older parents, we can easily find fun things for everyone to do every day.

When you rent with us, you get to stay in a great, well-stocked, comfortable home located in a development with many on-site activities for adults and children. Plus, this location is fabulous! It's so close to all you'd want to do in the St. George area.
