Guest Access:

⚫You’ll receive our automated check-in instructions 📩 24 hours before your arrival, so everything you need will be ready ahead of time for a smooth and easy check-in!
⚫Our homes use electronic door locks 🔐 for your convenience. A door code will be sent to you automatically ⏰ 2 hours before check-in time (which is at 2:00 PM), unless you’re checking in earlier.
⚫When it’s time to head out, we’ve got you covered too! 🧼🕒 Our checkout instructions will be sent 24 hours before your departure, you'll receive them at 10:00 AM the day before your checkout.

⚠️For smooth entry into our community, please make sure that the driver of the vehicle has a valid driver's license and the car's registration. Without these documents, entry into the community will not be permitted.
⚠️Amenity badges: Amenity badges must always be worn while utilizing all IMLCA amenities and clubhouse. Persons without badges will be fined. Children under the age of six (6) are not required to have a badge. PLEASE DO NOT DISCARD. Please make sure that all amenity badges are left at the property upon the end of your stay. If amenity badges are lost or stolen while staying at our home, there is a $20 replacement fee.
⚠️ We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. ‼️Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.
⚠️ Given our property's rural setting, you might occasionally notice small, non-harmful insects. Rest assured, we have comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters. Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know if you have any concerns!

♨️ Hot Tub Notice – Please Read 😊

📌We strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Occasionally, if a previous guest hasn’t followed proper usage guidelines, we may need to drain, clean, and refill the hot tub before your stay for health and safety reasons 🧼🦠. If this happens, please note that it may take until the evening of your first night (or slightly longer, depending on the weather) for the water to fully heat back up 🔥🌙. We totally get that guests look forward to relaxing in the hot tub, and we only perform this maintenance when absolutely necessary to ensure a clean and safe experience for everyone 💧👍.
