From check-in to check-out, the booking was smooth and easy. The host Heather is very responsive and cares about you, your travel and stay. Heather ensured that this home felt like a home away from home. We will definitely stay there again.

Older home with a lot of charm. Everything was clean and organized. We didn't need anything so we didn't have any contact with the host, but I am sure that would have went just as well if it was needed.

Comfortable and Cozy

My family of 4 stayed at this home for 4 nights and loved it! Perfect location for us seeing family in town. Small, thoughtful touches made this stay feel so cozy and peaceful - including the selection of children’s books, massage chair, TV with streaming services, coffee & snacks. The bedrooms were comfortable and the house was clean. We also used the washer/dryer and appreciated that it was available. We will absolutely be booking this place for return trips to Jackson!

Relaxing retreat

This property was just what I was looking for. I was traveling alone as a single mom of 3 with 2 pups. We were far from home in town for a wedding. I felt safe and was able to relax in the clean, spacious home. The decor was beautiful and the host responded quickly to my needs. 10/10 would stay again.

Absolutely adorable house. Very quiet neighborhood but close to everything! Lots of special touches including coffee, tea and snacks. Can’t say enough how at home I felt. Stayed with my dog for the dog show this weekend and hope to stay next year too.

Host was very responsive. Only and I repeat only negative thing was the one wash cloth that I used first looked like someone before us had cleaned something really dirty. The others were perfect.
