Self Check-in is normal however if needed guests can be met on arrival by your co-host Celia and she will be available if additional care is needed during your stay. Need transportation? Celia may be able to organize at a reasonable cost.

The building has a large elevator.
There is a US$300 minimum cleaning fee for guests who breach the NO SMOKING rule.
Keycards - at check in, the host will provide up to two (2) keycards for entry to the building, 4th, gym (8th floor) and pool level (7th). A keycard replacement fee of US$50 will be charged for each keycard not returned at the end of the stay.
The cost of damage to common area property will be charged to the guests.
Nothing should be hung from the balcony or windows.
Garbage must be disposed of using the garbage chute located in the common area.
Commercial vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the property on a regular basis.
Building Management will apply a FINE to your hosts account when a breach occurs and we will pass the fine on to you. Fines range from US$150 to over US$650.
