Welcome to your spacious, 2 story Victorian home in the vibrant Starland District. We are a 30day minimum stay & pet-friendly.
This charming retreat has 2 porches & a private, lush courtyard.
In the heart of the action, walking distance to many restaurants, retail shops, parks, & all the cultural gems of Savannah.
Your fully equipped home has all you need to embrace the lovely Hostess City.
Your stay comes with hi-speed Wi-Fi, free street parking, YouTube TV & fully stocked kitchen.
THIS HOME:
Our 2 bedroom, 2 story house is a spacious home with a large living room & dining room downstairs. There is a lovely, secluded patio downstairs and another porch accessible through the primary bedroom upstairs. With 2.5 bathrooms, this stay is perfect for multiple couples or smaller families. There is ample free street parking in front.
The neighborhood is very active and you will likely find friendly folks talking and sharing together.
We are pet-friendly and have a fenced in area on the side for your pets.
You are a short walk to many shops and restaurants in the Starland District as well as the South side of Forsyth Park.
Your stay comes with a washer & dryer.
When you arrive at the house you will enter through the front door with keyless entry codes. Once inside, You can enjoy, relax and make yourself at home. Then come back out and make your way to the porch and enjoy the breeze.
Inside you'll find a fully stocked coffee bar. We provide specialty ground coffee roasted by Good Citizen exclusive to our Kindred guests. We provide tea. Some creamer and sugar available.
The kitchen is also stocked to cook almost any meal. We include all of the pots and pans, measuring cups, mixing bowls, and utensils to cook to your heart's desire. It's equipped with a full size refrigerator and freezer, oven, and range.
Our bathrooms have all the essentials you need to get you started: including linens, soaps, shampoo and hair dryer.

We are Kindred House, a group of boutique stays scattered about the Lowcountry. Your hosts Robert & Mikal have years of successful experience in hospitality in the lovely coastal Lowcountry of Georgia and South Carolina. Itâs a joy to be able to host our guests.
We love the chance to travel to new places, exploring as we go. Thereâs never a bad time to catch a happy hour cocktail with some raw oysters. Aside from hosting on Airbnb, we are planning and coordinating beautiful weddings as Posey Event Design. Robert is also a licensed Realtor in the State of Georgia.
