I am excited to offer you this beautifully decorated 1 bedroom apartment! Spacious and modern, with big windows, a private balcony overlooking a garden and lots of air, it is a great choice for a family, friends or those on business trips. Travelers with children are welcome! Situated moments away from Bayswater station, it provides you with excellent travel links across London. Enjoy the space of my home and benefit from its great location!
- The apartment is situated on the 1st floor.
- The lounge is classic and stylish with fireplace, large panoramic windows, balcony, 2 comfortable sofas (1 foldable into additional bed) and plasma TV.
- There is a beautiful dining space with seats for 4 guests.
- The separate modern kitchen includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans are supplied.
- The double bedroom is bright and airy with storage space and garden access, the bed is set with fresh hotel-quality linen.
- The flat has good air-flow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to efficient radiators.
- In the bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries.
- The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set-up to Hotel standards before you arrive.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guest comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £20 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.

The property was as advertised. Comfortable bed in the BR. The hideaway couch in the living room was adequate, but could use an upgrade. The rooms were very clean and the kitchen had adequate and useful items. We were, unfortunately, there the entirety of the time the Underground was on strike. (Would have been great location if not for no Metro!)

Not good for families, but good area

Not great place for more than 2 adults. The pros: great area, very close to underground. Great restaurants and groceries within 2 minutes walk. The host was very responsive.The cons: 1. inaccurate description - there is no dryer only a washing machine and a drying rack. Typical for London but as we were traveling to other countries after I was looking for a place with washer and dryer. 2. Check in was burdensome. You have to go get the key from a nearby store (challenging for us with luggage and small kids). The check in instructions were all voiceless videos that didn’t help much and actually showed some equipment that was not even from this apartment. 3. The bathroom small, dark and dingy4. Limited kitchen (no bowls for cereal for example).5. There is one bed and 1 pull out sofabed. This one is in the living room with large windows - that have no curtains or shutters! It is light from 4:30 am until 9 pm - hard to get sleep in that bed, and it was warm weather. 6. There are no fans for the hot days and opening large windows in living room is hard/not possible. 7. All the cleaning equipment is out in the open in living room corner. Not a big deal but not awesome to look at used mops and vacuums while eating at the table. 8. No mirrors except bathroom one, and it’s dark in there. It was hard to get ready with 4 of us or put on make up etc. 9. No elevator here, have to use stairs. So it’s ok, but would not stay again.
