We had a wonderful week in this very comfortable and lovely home. Our favorite places were the screened porch and the pool. The putting green was a nice touch too. It truly is a block to the beach - just straight down the street. They also had tons of floats and beach paraphernalia to use which made the pool and beach more fun!The kitchen was very well set up with dishes and everything easily accessed. We highly recommend this beautiful and convenient place!

The location of this home was wonderful! We really enjoyed the pool and putt putt area a lot. There were signs of wear and tear/some general tweaks that could’ve been made to make the home nicer, but overall we really enjoyed the house and it was perfect for a beach week!

Very disappointed in the property and VRBO for listing as a premier host. I spent hours cleaning the kitchen, vacuuming the sofa, washing the top of the bathroom sinks. Had to replace 2 of 3 shower curtains due to black mold, vacuumed the entire house and found the property “tired”. The outdoor space were OK but, hey put some furniture on the “wraparound” porch. Provide a door lock key for the downstairs from door. TV remotes didn’t work in the downstairs living area and guest room. The WiFi was inadequate. Could not watch TV and use internet. Two TVs at once - forget it.Love IOP hate the Treehouse.I have booked next year with local realtor. Much better property and excellent location.

Chase was great & the location was fantastic despite poor weather while we were there. Had a fabulous girls trip & plenty of room for us (10 people) to stay! The basement level had a strange, almost cat-pee like smell, but one of the girls mentioned that’s just how beach houses smell!

Upon arrival, there were no welcome instructions or Wi-Fi info. Had to text/call the host, and it took 2-3 hours for a reply. Router for Wi-Fi was turned off. Smoke detector in 1 bedroom was chirping so purchased batteries to replace. Both trash cans were completely full & covered in bugs. Trash day was 2 days before our arrival. Bed locations are not as pictured. Bunk beds are not downstairs with their own bathroom. They are upstairs across from the Master and share a bathroom with the Master.Backyard furniture was scattered. No fire pit as mentioned in the listing. Yard had a lot of fire ant hills. Outside steps are slick when it rains due to buildup of algae. Downstairs rug badly stained. Utensil drawers are full of crumbs and dried liquid. A few lightbulbs were burnt out. Unpatched holes in walls and worn paint. Master bed mattress is worn and rolls to the middle.Main TV in basement had dead remote. The internet signal in 2 bedrooms downstairs too weak to use the TVs. Storage room downstairs with foosball table is junky and cluttered. Sofas covered in dog hair. No cold water on washing machine and no hot water in the kitchen sink. Dryer does not heat well. 1 wash cloth per bedroom (4 total for 6 guests). Received no check-out instructions.Full transparency: the day after check-in, host provided a 600 refund for the inconvenience with smoke detector and Wi-Fi. This house needs some work and a good cleaning.

Fantastic location - very close to the beach (5 min walk) without being inundated with traffic. Parking is easy, and the house layout is great. The pool & putting green are both fantastic additions, and well cared-for. The available beach gear made packing for the trip 100x easier. We look forward to hopefully staying here again.
