All guests are required to sign a rental agreement, present a valid driver's license, and provide a selfie for identity verification. Access will only be granted once these requirements are fulfilled. The agreement includes the house rules listed below and clearly outlines specific Airbnb terms upon booking acceptance. The primary guest responsible for the reservation must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of the hosts on a case-by-case basis.
Local bookingsâdefined as guests residing in the same city or county as the propertyâare allowed; however, guests must provide justification for their stay, and approval is at the discretion of the hosts.
For stays of 30 days or longer, a separate long-term lease may be required to comply with New York State law. Any automated rental agreement sent after reservation acceptance (e.g. via our property management system) is not considered valid or binding for long-term stays unless specifically approved and confirmed by the host.
If a guest is unwilling or unable to complete the lease or screening requirements, or does not meet the screening criteria, the host may request that the guest cancel the reservation. As long as the cancellation occurs within the timeframe specified by the host, the guest will receive a full refund with no financial penalty or impact to either party.
These requirements and timelines are designed to ensure a smooth experience for both guest and host, and will be clearly communicated during the reservation process.
