Two houses for couples, friends, or a small family! This is a package listing that offers two separate unique and stylish homes on 30A for any group of up to four guests. One home is a tiny house studio ("Studio Juan"), the other is a one bedroom cottage ("The Juander Inn). The two spaces are joined by a shared pool*. Each comes with two bikes to get around and beach chairs + umbrella. Book your unique retreat today!

Studio Juan: a 160 square-foot tiny house studio that sleeps 2. This space offers one double bed, a full bath (shower only- no tub) + additional outdoor shower, full kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove/oven (no microwave), mini fridge and freezer. There is a sitting loft space for reading, working on your laptop or napping. There is a desk area at the counter that can be used as a dedicated work space. The exterior has an open deck with two lounge chairs. The studio comes with two beach cruiser bikes for getting around, beach chairs + umbrella.
The Juander Inn: a 400 square-foot, one bedroom cottage. This space offers one queen-size bed, a full bathroom (shower only â no tub) + additional outdoor shower, full kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, stove/oven (no microwave), apartment-size fridge and freezer. There is a breakfast nook for dining or to use as a work space. An open front porch with a bench for sitting and sipping morning coffee, a screened in back porch with lounge furniture for relaxing. The back porch over looks the shared pool area*. The cottage comes with 2 bikes for getting around, beach chairs + umbrella.
* Future shared pool area just off the deck (TBA, estimated completion date for pool is March 2025. Completion date subject to change).
You will have both the studio and the cottage. The pool area* is shared with our RV site guests and hosts.

Me, my husband Noah, and 3 children live in Seagrove Beach, FL. We enjoy traveling to places near & far and returning to our homestead in Santa Rosa. We started out renting our travel trailer in 2016. Since then we've taken on the addition of a few other cool & unique properties in our Seagrove Beach neighborhood that we also rent. We are laid back and enjoy meeting other like minded people who enjoy adventure and the outdoors as much as we do.

The Juander Inn is newly renovated 400 sq ft., 1 BR beach cottage on 30A. Located in prestigious South Walton, our Seagrove Beach community is centrally located making it an ideal location for getting around 30A. A quick 1/2 mile to the beach, walk or bike to the gorgeous white sand & emerald waters or head into the quaint Town of Seaside for dining & entertainment. Miles of forest trails, pathed pedestrian paths, boutique shops, delish cuisine & more are all steps from your door.

We have three unique Airbnbs on two neighboring lots. The spaces are designed to give all our guests their own space and privacy. There is a shared pool area* you're welcome to use anytime. Guests interactions are likely in shared spaces.
