The Space:
This New Orleans vacation rental offers two bedrooms with queen beds and a living room featuring a sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping four guests. Enjoy foosball, air hockey, board games, and a curated library for fun-filled downtime. Every room is a photo opportunity, thoughtfully curated to capture the vibrant energy of New Orleans. Guests will have access to the entire front half of the house and the entire front yard. The back yard is currently under-construction and off limits, but is coming soon!

Sleeping Arrangements:
Accommodating up to four guests, the home features two private bedrooms with queen beds and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. Ideal for group stays or bachelorette party rentals, each space offers style and relaxation after your New Orleans adventures.

Please note: Per New Orleans ordinance there is an operators studio apartment in the back of the home, that is off limits/outside of the guest area. Please be respectful of our operator! They have a separate entrance to their apartment through the back yard of the home, and does not share any spaces with the guest side.

Guest-First Access & Amenities at The Last Saint NOLA:

• Private Access: Guests will have private access to the entire home, ensuring exclusive use of all spaces and amenities during your stay.

• Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. While we cannot guarantee early check-in, luggage drop-off may be requested as early as 12:00 PM on the day of check-in, subject to availability.

• Amenities: The Last Saint NOLA is thoughtfully equipped for a seamless and comfortable stay, including:

A fully stocked kitchen
Central A/C, Heat, and high-speed WiFi
Entertainment options like foosball, air hockey, board games, and books
Professionally designed interiors with photo-ready spaces in every room

★ Our Lawn care/Maintenance guy comes by the house every 15 days to take care of the lawn.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ Our property & operator manager Bre (female), takes the outside Trash to the curb on Thursday evenings. She will also access the studio apartment attached to the back portion of the home.

★ Please see & review the additional house rules section upon booking

★ We value our neighborhood and our operator, so please be mindful of quiet hours. No loud noise between the hours of 11:00pm and 7:00am.
