Location, location location! Vi hyr en vacker tre sovrum lägenhet, bara ett kvarter från Park City Mountain Resort huvudbas område. Kan inte slå denna stora Park Ave plats! - Den närliggande rekreationsområdet ger dig världsklass skidåkning på vintern och miles av vandringsleder, och lyft åt cykling på sommaren. Dessutom är det bara några steg från en busshållplats. Den fria bussresa sjunker du snabbt på någon av de tre områdets skidort basområden, golfbana, stad pool, köpcentrum ...

Efter en hektisk dag, gå (eller hoppa på gratis buss!) centrum för shopping, restauranger och barer. Eller gör det en lugn natt - gå till mataffären och laga mat i det välutrustade köket. Hursomhelst, är det lätt att hoppa över en hyrbil och spara $$.

Det stora sovrummet har en bifogad bad och drottning säng, plus en dörr till balkongen. 2: a sovrummet har också en dubbelsäng och matar in ett badrum. Sätta barnen i det tredje sovrummet, som har 2 enkelsängar.

Två rum är utrustade med kabel-TV och DVD-spelare för dedikerad lata tid (eller för människor som inte kan komma överens om en film!) Bädden Rummet har har TV och DVD.

Köket är har alla kök redskap som du behöver - om maten inte smakar bra, det är inte mitt fel! 5-brännare gasspis och diskmaskin förhoppningsvis göra ditt jobb lättare.

WiFi i hela lägenheten kan du hålla kontakten och kontrollera snörapporter. Tvättmaskin / torktumlare i enheten för din bekvämlighet. Delad Hot Tub i byggnaden.

Location!

Great spot for a short ski trip. Walk a block up to all of the lifts at main lodge. Super close to grocery stores and walkable to downtown. Clean and great service!

Heart of Park City

Convenient location - short walk to the lifts, easy bus access to the Canyons or Main Street. Main Street is walkable. Kitchen was well equipped to cook pretty much anything.

Great place with Easy Access to the Slopes

John's place was very comfortable to stay at. We especially liked the 5 minute walk to Payday chair. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. There was some confusion regarding amenities, specifically the hot tub. During the check in process we were not provided with the code to access the shared hot tub. I did message John to provide it but received no response. I ended up contacting itrip and they were able to provide it separately. It would have helped to know that coordination should have been through itrip instead of the host directly.

Short Walk to the Lifts

Overall the condo was good. The new property manager had a few errors in the check in and wifi directions, but we got that sorted fairly quickly. Had an issue with some water pressure, which was quickly handled by the property manager. Overall great location and nice unit. The spa, foosball and ping pong tables were a big hit with the kids.

Nice place, but chaotic check in

The place was great but the check in instructions were outdated as the owner had changed management companies and didn‘t update the contact info for check in, nor did the current property manager contact us with check in instructions. I'm sure others in future won't have the same problem but was stressful for us.

Awesome Stay Close to Main Village

We had a great time staying in this condo. The main thing I would say is the pictures don’t do it justice. It is much nicer in person! Also there is a hot tub and ping pong/foosball available in the next door building!

Clean, cozy, well maintained condo a short walk from the lift

We loved staying here. Parking was easy, the place was clean and well stocked, with comfortable beds and everything we needed. The hot tub was a nice perk. And the Payday lift is just around the corner, a 5 minute walk, easy even with skis. Would 100% stay here again!

Great property close to resort base

Fantastic for our family of four (2 adult children). Short walk to resort base. Hot tub is convenient in building next door. Kitchen was particularly well stocked - made it easy to cook our own meals. Responsive property manager. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location near lift and easy walk to city

The condo was perfect for 6 of us to ski for the weekend, the hot tub was large and clean just 1 building over, great price, great location, easy check in. The short walk to the lift is easy, 1 block is uphill it gets you warmed up for skiing.

Great ski condo!

Very nice condo that is located a short walk (uphill) to the main Park City lodge. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is tremendously stocked with everything you need to make wonderful meals. Bathrooms are in great shape and include a spa tub in one. the host is very quick to respond to any and all questions. Great place and would stay here again!

I chose this location for three reasons--location, location, location. It's close to groceries, the wine shop, downtown, and Park City Mountain Resort. What else do you need?

I chose this property because of of it's efficient floorplan. None of the bedrooms share a wall and the two larger bedrooms each have immediate access to a bathroom.
