Nestled within the Sand Dunes Resort on the 7th floor, this stunning 3-bedroom condo offers BREATHTAKING ocean views from multiple areas—balcony, kitchen, dining room, living room, and the primary bedroom! Able to accommodate up to 10 guests, this condo is ideal for your vacation with friends or extended family. With three bedrooms and two full baths, it provides a spacious and comfortable stay.
The updated kitchen boasts full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher, and comes fully equipped with cookware and dishes. For added convenience, there's a washer/dryer available within this beautiful condo, ensuring a hassle-free and relaxing vacation.
The resort itself features an oceanfront pool deck adorned with palm trees. The extra-large swimming pool is surrounded by numerous lounge chairs. For added fun, there's a lazy river encircling an island with palm trees, along with a nearby kiddie pool featuring a delightful mushroom waterfall. Indoors, guests can enjoy a pool and hot tub, allowing for relaxation while basking in ocean views, whether it's during the colder months or when seeking a break from the sun.
Note:
1. Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.
NOTE: The Kiddy pool will remain closed until Monday, May 5, 2025 as well as the water features including the mushroom and four water arches will remain off and caution taped off until Monday to allow for full cure time of the paint.
