The owner was quick to respond to our concerns/issues. The 3-apartment style condo made it very nice for a large group to have our own privacy. The area is a little rougher than expected.

Group of fraternity brothers have been getting together for 25 years for a long Weekend This was the first in an urban setting / have always stayed in the suburbs. Location was great - walking distance to several local restaurants- all of which were fantastic. The place was clean, beds very comfortable. Big screen a big plus as we watched college and pro football games. Host was accessible and immediately answered any questions we had.

Alex was a consummate host, very responsive to messages, questions and concerns. We were in Providence for a wrestling tournament at Amica Mutual Pavilion. His place was an easy 25-minute walk to the arena (as well as restaurants/bars) or a quick Lyft ride. Fifteen minutes from the airport. There were six of us and we were all comfortable with our own apartments, bedrooms and bathrooms. Clean and comfortable. Beds were wonderful. Thank you, Alex!

The actual house was nothing like the listing pictures. It was rundown and very disappointing. When we arrived there was a large bag of trash sitting inside behind the front door, which we did not move. There was no light in the entrance/stairs making the area very dark. We had to replace the light ourselves after one of the members in our party tripped twice coming down the stairs. The downstairs bathroom has a hole in the floor and there were bugs in both first floor and third floor. None of us felt safe walking through the neighborhood. Lots of street noise that was loud music and people talking right outside the house until late at night. The kitchen on the first floor had the electric cord from the window air conditioner stretched across the kitchen connecting to an outlet when an extension cord would have been much less of a safety risk. The first floor living room, which is where we gathered after being out all day had only a single small sofa which provided seating for two comfortably. We had to use stools from the kitchen to seat everyone. The toilet on the third floor was not attached to the floor and moved when being used. The first and second floors had a television whereas the third floor did not. The walls were severely scuffed and had holes where things had been hung at one time. The one good thing I can say is, the arrangement of having 3 floors with bathrooms was a good layout even with the poor quality of the house.
