Fully furnished, Lakefront home welcomes you to beautiful Beach Pond. This 2 bedroom house accommodates a max of 6 guests (include children in headcount). Master bedroom boasts a stunning lake view and direct access to the waterside deck. Second bedroom is furnished with queen size bunk beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes dinnerware, cookware, bakeware, utensils, toaster, keurig, coffee pot, and an assortment of coffees, teas, sweeteners & creamers. Bedrooms & bathrooms provide all the essentials needed for your stay, including a full size washer, dryer, laundry essentials, iron & board, hair dryer, toiletries, bathroom towels, all bedding and extra blankets The spacious deck off the living room provides ample seating for dining & relaxing while overlooking the water. A shaded patio with bbq grill & dining area provides more space with exquisite views of the lake. Generous grounds include a fire pit, personal dock with kayaks for your use & swimming area (seasonal). Beautiful, quiet neighborhood is great for walking and jogging. Privately owned off-street parking lot directly across from home (shared with our other home). Two public boat launches are available on the lake (CT & RI). Located central to popular attractions like Foxwoods Resort & Casino, Mohegan Sun, Norwich Inn & Spa, Mystic, Newport, Narragansett, Providence, Golf Courses, Vineyards & Breweries, Beaches, Hiking, Dining, Shopping & more! Air conditioning & heat throughout the home year round. A welcome binder with house rules and important information is located in the home.
