Ideal for families and friends seeking a skiing or hiking retreat, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and adventure. After a day of exploring the White Mountains, unwind in the shared jacuzzi to soothe your muscles, or treat yourself to a hot beverage from the complimentary coffee bar. Enjoy your favorite shows on a wall-mounted flatscreen, Smart TV or warm up by the indoor electric fireplace.

The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, a private bathroom with a spacious bathtub, shower, and a vanity with double sinks. Additionally, the master includes a twin bunk bed, making it perfect for family travelers. The unit features another bunk room with one full-size bunk bed and a third guest room with a queen-size bed. The well-appointed kitchen and dining area come equipped with stainless steel appliances, and well stocked with all your basic cooking necessities.

Access to the walking trails along the Pemigewasset River is close by, however, guests don't need to venture too far as the river runs directly behind the condo! Enjoy a day on the river swimming, floating, or taking in the beautiful scenery of the White Mountains!

Guests will have access to the entire condo, including the private outdoor patio and shared jacuzzi! Guests are also welcome to utilize the shared backyard grass area. Guests have access to 2 parking spots in front of the unit, with additional parking options in the guests spots marked at the complex.

The host is available 24/7 and can be easily reached through the Airbnb application or by phone.

This Airbnb is located right on the Pemigewasset River in the South Peak neighborhood. Sitting directly across the street from the new chairlift, Timbertown, it offers ski-in/ski-out access. The neighborhood also offers a private road for walking and access to the hiking and snowshoeing trails along the Pemi River! Located about 5 minutes from downtown's restaurants/bars, and 7 minutes to Loon's main lodges, this is the perfect getaway for family and friends!

The town of Lincoln offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping, and more. The rate for the Shuttle Connection is $6/person. The Airbnb also features a free shuttle service during the winter months, which provides rides to and from all Loon Mountain bases and lodges. As our guests, you'll enjoy exclusive access to a private shuttle service, providing transportation to and from all Loon Mountain bases, with pick up right at your front door!
House rules:

1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations by only parking in the driveway and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. Guests are permitted 2 spots in front of the condo, with additional guests spots throughout the association.

2. No Pets allowed.

3. No shoes inside the home.

4. No smoking inside the condo.

5. No parties or events.

6. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10.

7. Guests are required to follow all rules and policies set by the condo's Home Owners Association. If found in violation of any rules or policies, the guest may be asked to leave without a refund for their stay. Guests are also responsible for any visitors on the property during their stay.

8. Dispose of all garbage in trash bins. The dumpsters are located in the parking lot in front of building 15.

9. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guest.
