Bedrooms:
With five tastefully furnished bedrooms, this home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, making it an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends seeking a unforgettable mountain retreat.

Relax in the four and a half luxurious bathrooms, where you can indulge in long, relaxing baths after a day of outdoor adventures. Elegant fixtures and modern amenities provide an oasis of comfort for our guests.

The spacious living areas are designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The living room features a large indoor fireplace, plush sofas and a flat screen TV. Guests will have access to the entire home, including the private outdoor patio and jacuzzi! Guests have access to 2 garage parking spots, with additional parking available in the driveway.

This Airbnb is located in the exclusive neighborhood on South Peak at Loon Mountain. The neighborhood offers private roads for walking and access to hiking and snowshoeing trails along the Pemi River! Located about 5 minutes from downtown's restaurants/bars, and 7 minutes to Loon's main lodges, this is the perfect getaway for family and friends!

The town of Lincoln offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping, and more. The rate for the Shuttle Connection is $6/person. The Airbnb also features a free shuttle service during the winter months, which provides rides to and from all Loon Mountain bases and lodges. House rules:

1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations by only parking in the driveway and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. Please no street parking. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway. Guests in violation may be subject to additional fees.

2. No Pets allowed.

3. No shoes inside the home.

4. No smoking inside the Airbnb!

5. No parties or events.

6. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 14.

7. Guests are required to follow all rules and policies set by the neighborhood's Home Owners Association. If found in violation of any rules or policies, the guest may be asked to leave without a refund for their stay. Guests are also responsible for any visitors on the property during their stay.

8. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meals in the kitchen or dining spaces. Please load the dishwasher or wash the dishes before check out.

9. Dispose of all garbage in the dumpsters upon checkout. The dumpsters are located at the corner of South Peak Road and Crooked Mountain Road. If any trash is left at the home after checkout, guests will be subject to additional fees.

10. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
