This West Maui vacation retreat offers direct ocean and beach views from its private oceanfront lanai, where you can relax with your morning coffee or enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Pacific. The main living space is open and airy with high vaulted ceilings and has been thoughtfully designed to create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The fully equipped remodeled kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space, making it a delight for preparing meals or snacks. The spacious and comfortable living room, adorned with tasteful Hawaiian-inspired decor, opens directly to the furnished oceanfront lanai, where you can soak in the sights and sounds of the ocean while dining al fresco or simply unwinding. The bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat, each with plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring Maui. Kahana Village 3 also boasts a fantastic location, close to the renowned beaches, restaurants, and attractions of Kaanapali, Napili, and Kapalua. Whether you’re snorkeling, surfing, or simply enjoying the beauty of Maui, this oceanfront haven is the perfect home base for your island adventures.

A soothing hot tub offers the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring, while the poolside BBQ area invites you to gather with friends and family for a delicious outdoor meal. Depending on tides and seasonal swells, the property also features direct access to a sandy beach, where you can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, or simply basking in the sun. Kahana Village is conveniently located close to a variety of local attractions like the world-renowned beaches of Kaanapali, Napili, and Kapalua, offering some of the best beaches, snorkeling, and golfing on Maui, as well as many local shops and eateries in the Kahana, Napili, and Kapalua areas.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui’s rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay.
