Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
About the Vacation Rental Unit:
The spacious layout includes two master suites with private baths, a third bedroom with extra bunk bed, and additional sleeping arrangements in the open living area. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, makes it easy to enjoy meals together after a day at the beach.
This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: King-size bed, ocean views, direct access to the wraparound balcony, and a private ensuite bathroom.
Primary Guest Bedroom: Queen-size bed, Smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom.
3rd Bedroom: Queen bed with a twin bunk above, Smart TV.
Common Area Sleeping Arrangements: Queen air mattress available in the living room for additional sleeping accommodations.
Master Bathroom: shower/tub combo and oversized sink
Primary Guest Bathroom: with a shower/tub combo
3rd Bathroom: Full bath that serves as a common bathroom for the unit.

You may purchase parking passes for 2 vehicles only. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you will need to park off-site (details below).

All guests must pre-register online to purchase your parking pass(es) and amenity wristbands (RFID). After booking, weâll send you a unit-specific registration link. Upon arrival, you must stop by the onsite concierge upon arrival to pick up your packet.

Display your parking pass on the dashboard at all times.

Motorcycles: Park in the 15-minute zone near the main entrance.
Small trailers: Allowed only on the 12th floor of the garage.
Security: Property Patrol keeps motorcycles centralized for added safety. Contact them at (850) 896-5434 for onsite parking issues.

If youâre bringing an additional vehicle, youâll need to park any additional vehicles in public beach lots nearby. The closest is Ripleyâs Believe It or Not public lot, just around the corner. There are 3 more public parking locations we will share with booking guests. Use the Passport Parking App to pay and manage your parking: you may download via App Store or Google Play or simply visit passportparking's website. Shores of Panama is a 23-story Gulf-front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach and, as its name suggests, perfectly situated right on the beach. This resort is renowned for its nearly 500 linear feet of stunning, white-sand coastline. Shores of Panama features a 14,000 sq. ft. lagoon-style pool, an indoor heated pool with hot tub, modern fitness center, 2 poolside tiki bars, and more.
Oceanfront views await you as well as limitless amazing activities, including nearby shopping and dining. Your private balcony is ideal for sipping a sunset cocktail before heading out to one of the many restaurants in the area.
While staying at the Shores of Panama, youâll be minutes away from everything you could need! Youâll have access to beachside activities, watersports, and onsite beach chair/umbrella rentals. Wal-Mart is across the street, and you are about a mile away from Pier Park, Panama City Beachâs premier shopping and dining area. You are steps away from Pineapple Willyâs Beachfront Bar as well as Ripleyâs Museum. Youâll be across the street from the new 810 Billiard and Bowling complex - with sports simulators, Krazy Darts, axe throwing, an arcade, a restaurant/bar and a Mean Mugs milkshake bar and many other dining, entertainment and shopping options. Like to golf? Signal Hill Golf Course is very close by. For the less serious golfer, there are multiple places to play miniature golf in the area.
Also, there is now a poolside food hut and 1 poolside tiki bar! The food hut offers shrimp boil, pizza, salads, sandwiches, and kidsâ meals. There is also an inside coffee/donut/ice cream shop in the lobby area. There are poolside lockers for guests to purchase for storing valuables when swimming.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as itâs not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
