Strict Check-In Window:

* Please note that after 8:00 PM, our team is only available via messaging. Onsite assistance and building access cannot be guaranteed due to security measures.
This suite is located in the heart of downtown, everything you could possibly need is in easy walking distance. A vehicle is usually recommended for time spent in Edmonton...if you are bringing a vehicle with you, there is one covered, secured parking stall included with your stay (you will need to check in to the suite first to obtain the keyfob for garage entry). Parking garage clearance is posted as 6â7â and visitor parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Key pickup on your first day must be done between 4pm - 10pm. After this time, the keys and fob will be inaccessible as the store that has them will be closed.
*Guests must collect keys at local convenience store (just 2km away) before heading to the suite.*

Please be aware that due to the property's proximity to downtown, there may be general city noise, including traffic, nightlife, and other urban activities. While we have done our best to ensure a comfortable stay, some noise may be unavoidable.
All guests and pets (staying or visiting) must be included in your booking. Unbooked guests, visitors, pets, or parties are not permitted. While we are pet-friendly, please note cats are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in a $500 fee per cat. If youâre bringing a pet, request our pet etiquette details before booking to understand expectations.
A pack-and-play and high chair are available upon request.
