Located on a hilltop just a short stroll from downtown Mystic, this spacious duplex offers the best of both worlds for families and friends. It`s an ideal setup for group getaways, wedding guests, and family reunions.
Enjoy shared moments together in the welcoming spaces, then retreat to your private apartments for quiet downtime. Each unit features 2 bedrooms (1 king, 2 twins), 1 bathroom, and a washer and dryer.
This newly renovated duplex offers two quiet apartments. Each side has it`s own driveway and apartment.
The duplex is located in a quiet neighborhood. Views from the front yard overlook parts of downtown; the church steeple, flag and drawbridge when lifted. You can hear the church bells ringing throughout the day.
